Sienna Miller Is Pregnant With Baby No. 3, Her Second With Oli Green

Sienna Miller is bringing a maternal glow to the red carpet.

I was so excited to hear the news! Actress Emma Mackey, known for her role in Sex Education, is expecting her second child with her partner, Oli Green. This will be their third baby together! She shared the wonderful news at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London on December 1st, and honestly, she looked radiant.

The 43-year-old, who has a 13-year-old daughter named Marlowe with her ex-partner Tom Sturridge and a 23-month-old daughter with Oli, 28, proudly showed off her baby bump at the event. She wore a see-through white Givenchy dress that clearly displayed her growing belly.

Now that Marlowe is preparing for another sibling, her mother previously shared that her teenager needed some time to adjust to being the older sibling.

Sienna told TopMob News in June 2024 that things were very difficult for her at first, but now she’s incredibly happy.

Sienna and Marlowe clearly share a close bond, with Sienna noting that her young child already looks up to Marlowe and gets very excited whenever they meet.

Sienna shared at the time that now that the baby was responding to things, it was obvious she adored her older sister.

Sienna has openly talked about wanting more children, but she’s also acknowledged that it can be harder for women to get pregnant after the age of 40.

She explained to Elle UK in April 2022 that she feels a lot of pressure regarding having children – questions about whether she wants more, and why she hasn’t had them yet. She described this as a constant, overwhelming noise. She also noted that biology can be particularly harsh for women in their thirties and forties, which was definitely her experience.

Because of this, Sienna chose to freeze her eggs, hoping to feel more secure about starting a family in the future.

I was really fixated on trying for another baby, but now I’m taking a more relaxed approach – if it’s meant to be, it will happen. I’m not as worried about it anymore; that intense feeling of pressure has gone away.

Kristen Stewart revealed on the March 2024 podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat that she and her fiancée, Dylan Meyer, have considered having children in the future. They’ve taken steps like freezing their eggs to preserve that option.

Priyanka Chopra, known for her role in Quantico and now a mother to daughter Malti Marie with husband Nick Jonas, recently shared how liberating she felt when she decided to freeze her eggs. She explained on the Armchair Expert podcast in March 2023 that she did it in her early 30s. This allowed her to focus on her career goals without the pressure of finding the right partner or worrying about her biological clock. She mentioned feeling anxious about turning 35, as her mother, an OBGYN, advised her to consider freezing her eggs by that age.

Kaitlyn Bristowe, who starred on The Bachelorette, shared how freezing her eggs at age 32 changed her relationship with her body. She explained on her August 2023 podcast, Off the Vine, that the process actually helped her overcome body dysmorphia. It made her appreciate what her body could do, saying, ‘Wait, our bodies are so cool.’

Actress Emma Roberts, who shares her son Rhodes with ex-partner Garrett Hedlund, revealed she decided to freeze her eggs in her late 20s after being diagnosed with endometriosis. She explained to Cosmopolitan in November 2020 that the condition had already begun to affect her fertility and doctors advised her to consider egg freezing or other options.

She explained, ‘I was busy with work and didn’t have time to consider egg freezing.’ She admitted she was also scared of the process, and worried about the possibility of discovering she couldn’t have children. Eventually, she did go through with it, and it was a challenging experience.

Rita Ora revealed in a December 2021 interview with The Independent that she froze her eggs at ages 24 and 27. She explained that she felt societal pressure as a woman to have children, saying, ‘We put that pressure on ourselves, subconsciously, because we feel like that is our duty—to create and give life.’ She decided to freeze her eggs to relieve that worry, and she considers it one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

Actress Rebel Wilson, who shares daughter Royce with her fiancée Ramona Agruma, recently shared her experience with egg freezing. She explained that she froze her eggs in 2020, advising other career-focused women who are considering it to do so sooner rather than later. She mentioned that waiting until age 40 might be a bit too late, and it’s generally better to do it earlier if possible.

Andi, a former star of The Bachelorette, wasn’t initially planning to freeze her eggs, but she decided to do so before her 30th birthday and is now very happy she did. In a March 2023 interview with TopMob News, she said she has ‘zero regrets’ and believes the decision ultimately prevented her from rushing into a relationship she wasn’t ready for.

Kesha revealed she faced a serious health scare in January 2023, nearly losing her life. She previously explained to Self magazine that shortly after freezing her eggs, she suddenly lost the ability to walk. Doctors discovered a complication from the procedure, which was worsened by a weakened immune system, and she required hospitalization.

“I’m finally recovered, but it took months,” Kesha said, describing the experience as frightening.

Despite the ordeal, she emphasized that everyone should make their own choices about their health.

“I was taking control of my reproductive health, and I support anyone who chooses to do the same and listen to their body,” she added.
