Jessi Draper is enrolling in the tortured poets department.
Shortly after Jordan Ngatikaura, husband from the show Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, filed for divorce, Jessi posted a mysterious message on social media, sharing lyrics from a Taylor Swift song.
Okay, so I was totally scrolling through Instagram and noticed she posted a screenshot from Taylor’s new song, “Fresh Out the Slammer”! She highlighted the lines, “But it’s gonna be alright / I did my time,” and it just hit me. Everyone’s saying it’s about her breakup with Joe Alwyn after six years, and the song basically compares getting over him to finally being released from prison! It’s so clever and heartbreaking, and she’s just always turning pain into art. I’ve replayed that snippet like a million times!
Jessi is coping with the breakup through more than just music. She’s also leaning on her friends, like Josie Van Dyke, who shared a funny post about Jessi finding out about the divorce filing on TMZ. The post showed a picture of Jessi on the phone in a car.
Jordan filed for divorce from her husband, the father of her two young children, Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 3, after five years of marriage, according to court documents obtained by TopMob News on March 19.
It was a difficult decision, and I’m truly saddened by it,” Jordan shared in a statement on March 19th. “I cherish the memories we’ve made and everything I’ve learned. Though we’re going our separate ways, my focus now is on making sure our children feel loved, supported, and safe during this change.

He shared that he’ll approach this new phase with compassion and consideration, and asked for privacy and support for his family as they go through it.
Just one day after submitting legal documents, Jordan—who also has a 13-year-old daughter named Peyton—requested a temporary restraining order, according to court records obtained by TopMob News. Jessi immediately responded by filing a document opposing the order.
Her lawyers told TopMob News they can’t talk about the ongoing case because of legal rules.
TopMob News also reached out to Jordan’s attorney at the time, but didn’t hear back.

Prior to announcing their divorce, the couple had been separated for 90 days, a situation that began when Jessi became emotionally involved with Marciano Brunette from Vanderpump Villa. Jessi recently mentioned that attending couples therapy with Jordan was very beneficial.
She told People magazine that the experience helped them both learn a lot about themselves as individuals and as a couple.
The founder of JZ Styles Co. explained that things weren’t back to normal with Jordan, saying they were still working on rebuilding their relationship.

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen began dating while appearing on the show The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and had a son, Ever, together in 2024. However, their relationship ended because Dakota was unfaithful.
Taylor shared on the Hulu series that shortly after her daughter Ever was born, she and her boyfriend, Dakota, were very happy and she was even thinking about getting engaged. However, she then discovered he had been dishonest with her the whole time.
I’m a big Taylor fan, and it was really upsetting to hear Jenna claim she’d been with him and Dakota, and that they’d spent multiple nights together. Taylor’s since said on TikTok, back in September 2024, that those claims aren’t true and he’s never been unfaithful.
On the series, Taylor said that Dakota accused Jenna of instigating their affair.
She told the confessional that it was him who had been intimate with her. He initially claimed they’d only kissed on the couch, but then admitted they had sex there before continuing in another room.

After her breakup with the founder of Basin Tiling, the mother of three (who shares two children with her former husband, Tate Paul) was preparing to look for love again on season 22 of The Bachelorette. However, things became complicated in March 2026 when reports surfaced of a possible argument between her and her ex-husband a few weeks prior.
A representative from the Draper City Police Department told People magazine they are investigating a case of domestic assault, and that both parties involved have accused each other of wrongdoing.
A video from earlier in 2023 showing a physical fight between Taylor and Dakota appeared online a few days later. As a result, ABC canceled Taylor’s season of the dating show she was on.

Whitney Leavitt married Connor Leavitt in 2016, and he’s become her ideal life partner. They have three children – Sedona, Liam, and Billy – and while life in the public eye hasn’t always been easy, they’ve worked through it together.
For instance, the Dancing With the Stars alum had to shut down rumors about her husband’s sexuality.
In an October 2024 appearance on the Off the Vine podcast, she jokingly asked if she needed to resort to extreme measures to prove things were okay, saying, “Trust me, we’re good. Everything’s fine.”
She explained that he had struggled with a pornography addiction during a difficult personal time – something I hadn’t witnessed. She mentioned a scene where a friend observed his confusion around sexuality.
Despite facing challenges, the reality star shared that she and her husband, Connor, are more solid as a couple than ever before. They proved their commitment by renewing their wedding vows in February 2026, celebrating their tenth anniversary.
Conner shared with Brides that he and his partner got married at a young age. He explained that while their wedding day was special for them, it also felt like it was largely for their families. They wanted to create a celebration that truly reflected them as a couple, and they felt this was a really enjoyable way to do that.

I’ve been following Jen and Zac Affleck – who, yes, aren’t related to Ben Affleck despite what people say! – ever since they got married back in 2019, and honestly, breakup rumors have been swirling around them practically since the beginning. It’s been tough to watch!
A major argument sparked by Jen going to a Chippendales show in Las Vegas was a key part of the first season. Despite the fight, the couple—parents to Nora, Penelope, and Lucas—reconciled, and the Dancing With the Stars contestant later spoke out to support their relationship.
Jen explained to TopMob News in November 2025 that constantly hearing the same rumors was exhausting. She said she’s learned to accept that people will always talk and have opinions. She also felt it was frustrating for the person the rumors were about, because people didn’t understand all the hard work and effort they were putting in privately.
She and Zac are prioritizing what’s most important to them. She mentioned that it’s still a challenge for him to ignore outside distractions and negativity.

Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura have faced challenges in their marriage. After Jessi had an emotional affair with Marciano Brunette from Vanderpump Villa, they went through a difficult time, but eventually worked through it. They are parents to Jagger and Jovi.
Jessi shared with TopMob News in November 2025 that she and her partner were working on rebuilding their relationship. She admitted that relationships aren’t easy and that getting back on track after a difficult time would take effort and wouldn’t happen instantly.
The reality star, who also has a daughter named Peyton from a previous relationship, shared that she and her partner are in therapy. She explained they experience challenges like any couple, but they’re choosing to share their journey openly in the hopes that it will resonate with and help others, because it’s authentic.
Unfortunately, the couple’s attempt to reconcile didn’t last, and Jordan filed for divorce in March 2026, ending their five-year marriage.

Mayci never thought she’d find love again, especially after the sudden loss of her boyfriend, Arik Mack, in 2015. She was 14 weeks pregnant with their son, Hudson, at the time and had already accepted the idea of raising him on her own.
But it all changed when she met Jacob in 2016 at age 21, whom she would marry two years later.
In her memoir, Told You So, Mayci explained that she was hesitant to trust anyone after difficult experiences, but she and Jacob connected quickly and became friends. She felt comfortable with him meeting her son because they weren’t in a serious relationship at the time, and she appreciated that they took things slowly.
She explained that Jacob was wonderful with him, and that really drew her in. Although she was scared of getting hurt again, she couldn’t ignore her feelings after four months. He was a kind, funny person who made her feel secure.
Mayci and Jacob went on to welcome daughters Harlow in 2021 and Charli in 2025.

Demi Engemann married Bret Engemann in 2021, following her divorce from Blake Corbin the previous year. Their relationship, featured on a reality show, gained attention when Whitney gave Demi Fruity Pebbles, which led to discussions about their intimate life becoming a central part of the show’s storyline.
Jessi revealed in a November 2025 Instagram post that her grandfather, Bret, has a surprising and unsettling habit: he drinks her urine as if it were a soft drink, consuming it quickly like water. This explained the strange gift he’d given her.
Oh my gosh, you guys, it’s just so Demi and Bret! They aren’t even upset about everything coming out – the secrets, even the… well, you know! She actually told Entertainment Tonight back in December that she and Bret are at a point where they just want to laugh about it all and own it, because honestly, what else can they do? It’s just so mature and… them! I’m obsessed with how they’re handling everything.
Despite some attention on their personal life, the couple is happily navigating life as a blended family. Demi has a daughter named Maude from a previous relationship, and Bret has two sons, Rome and Cole, with Angie Harrington, who is known from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Demi shared on Instagram in June 2024 how incredibly devoted her husband is to their kids, both Maude and their future children. She praised his unwavering dedication as a father and step-father, especially considering everything life has thrown at him, and said she’s constantly amazed by his loyalty.

Mikayla Matthews and Jace Terry have a long history together. They first met in 2015, when Mikayla was 15, and had their son Beckham two years later. They married in 2018 and have since welcomed three more children: Haven, Tommie, and Lottie.
Mikayla and Jace are enjoying raising their four children, but Mikayla has expressed a desire to have even more kids in the future.
You know, people often ask me about having kids, and I always say I’ve dreamed of a big family – three or four feels right, but honestly, I could easily see myself with six! I’m really looking forward to hopefully moving into a new place soon, and I definitely want a large property – I’m picturing lots of space for all my little ones to run around!
In the ninth episode of the show’s fourth season, Mikayla revealed that she and Jace were separating temporarily because they were having difficulties with their physical relationship.
Okay, so when Mikayla finally started really dealing with everything that happened to her as a teenager – the abuse, it was awful – and on top of that, her health is so fragile, any stress just sends her into these terrible flare-ups. It completely wrecked our marriage, honestly. Seeing her relive all that pain, and knowing it was making her physically sick… it was just too much for both of us.
Talking about sex or intimacy is really difficult for me,” she told Jace. “It puts me on edge because I already feel overwhelmed and stressed – like I’m already at my limit.

Following her 2023 divorce from Clayton Wessel, with whom she shares sons Oliver and Maxwell, reality star Layla Taylor hinted at a new relationship with Mason McWhorter in July 2025.
Their relationship looked confusing when you wrote it all out. Here’s the deal: Mason’s brother, Chase McWhorter, is divorced from Miranda McWhorter, who works with Layla. Despite the complicated family ties, they were both ready to see if their relationship could work.
Layla shared with Us in November 2025 that she’s not currently thinking about marriage, but she’s open to really getting to know someone. She feels happy and settled with Mason, and if marriage ever became a possibility, they would discuss it then.
Unfortunately, the mom of two confirmed that she and Mason had split in February 2026.
Layla explained that she and her partner were simply heading in different directions, and he needed space to grow as an individual. She understands and supports his choice, and wishes him well in the future.

Miranda joined the reality show The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in its second season and quickly became central to the controversy known as the “MomTok soft swinging scandal.” However, despite issues with Taylor, Miranda recently shared that the scandal wasn’t the cause of her 2024 divorce from Chase.
She explained on the Weekly Trash podcast in August 2024 that the reasons for their breakup had been brewing for a long time. While recent events may not have helped, she clarified they weren’t actually a factor in the decision to split.
Nonetheless, she and Chase have been committed to parenting their kids Brooks and Cohen.
As someone who’s followed their journey, I really connected with what she said about coparenting. It’s definitely something you constantly have to nurture and improve. She put it so well – if everything had been perfect between them, they likely wouldn’t have split up in the first place. It’s a reminder that relationships are complex, and even with the best intentions, things can fall apart.
“The thing with him and I,” she continued, “we’ve always had a pretty good foundation of a friendship prior to even having a romantic relationship. I feel like that’s something that set us up for some level of success when it comes to co-parenting.”
