The upcoming Sony-published game, Lost Soul Aside, a highly anticipated Chinese action game, is just about to hit the shelves.
Slated for launch on August 29th, 2025, a fresh update on the PlayStation Blog offers insights into both the PC and PS5 Pro editions of the game, as well as a behind-the-scenes video showcasing various clips.
Just as anticipated for games produced by PlayStation, Lost Soul Aside is poised to take advantage of the powerful features that the PlayStation 5 Pro offers.
On the upgraded hardware, the game will seamlessly display high-definition graphics at a variable 4K resolution. This includes improved ray-tracing for reflections, shadows, and ambient lighting effects.
Moreover, this will result in enhanced texture quality, improved particle effects, and quicker loading times due to its ultra-high-speed Solid State Drive (SSD).
Finally, PS5 Pro users can enjoy a “higher and more stable frame rate” than the base PS5 version.
On your computer, this game can smoothly operate in 4K resolution, complete with various ray-tracing effects. Additionally, by linking your PlayStation Network (PSN) account, you’ll have the option to share Trophy data between the PC and PS5 versions. This means that progress made on one platform can be reflected on the other as well.
