Okay, so everyone’s hyped about Peni Parker coming to Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, which is awesome! But I just saw Arc System Works quietly dropped news about a new feature in the game, and it seems like it’s flying under the radar. I’m really curious to find out what it is!
We already know the game will feature established, popular teams – like the recently revealed Amazing Guardians.
You can choose any combination of characters you like, and the game will create a team name based on your selections.
The first word chosen will depend on your main fighter – for Peni, it’ll be ‘Sugoi’. After that, a second word will be selected based on the rest of your team.
Here’s a cool feature: your team name will be announced to everyone before each battle! Producer Takeshi Yamanaka shared on the PlayStation Blog that players should experiment with different names to find something awesome, unexpected, or just enjoyable.
It’s a small touch, but it shows just how much thought is going into the upcoming fighter.
