Sophie Turner Shares Cryptic Message About “Endings and Beginnings”

On December 12th, the former Game of Thrones star shared a thoughtful post on Instagram Stories about finding beauty in life’s unpredictable moments.

The WhatsApp message I saw said, “Life is really just a continuous cycle of things ending and beginning.” It went on to say that both good times and bad happen as part of this natural flow, and that we should be open to new beginnings while also accepting that everything eventually comes to an end.

The quicker we understand and accept this idea, the easier it becomes to learn from our experiences and recognize that life is supporting us, not hindering us. Difficult times – whether they’re emotional, physical, or mental – actually build character and prepare us for whatever comes next.

Honestly, I’ve been following this author for years, and what really gets me is how they always point out that even when things are awful, when life throws you curveballs, it somehow…opens doors. Like, yeah, it sucks now, but it’ll lead you somewhere else, maybe even somewhere amazing. It’s just…so hopeful, you know? They always make me feel like even the worst times aren’t dead ends, just…different paths.

The message ended by reminding us that even though endings can be difficult, new beginnings and happiness are often close by.

Sophie Turner, who has two daughters – 5-year-old Willa and 3-year-old Delphine – with her ex-husband Joe Jonas, is reportedly starting a new relationship with Chris Martin of Coldplay. Several news sources reported they began dating last month.
