This project has been a long-cherished dream for us, and we’re buzzing with anticipation as we delve into the deep roots and everlasting charm of these characters, crafting stories that will leave both nostalgic fans and newcomers spellbound.

In 1966, the manga “Speed Racer” was first published in Shueisha’s “Shōnen Book” by its creator Tatsuo Yoshida. Later on, Tatsunoko Production, led by Yoshida, adapted this manga into an anime series. It was primarily through syndication that most U.S. viewers encountered the show. More recently, in 2018, The Wachowskis brought “Speed Racer” to life as a live-action movie with Emile Hirsch portraying Speed, Christina Ricci as Trixie, and Matthew Rox as Racer X. The film also featured an ensemble cast that included John Goodman, Susan Sarandon, Roger Allam, Benno Fürmann, Hiroyuki Sanada, Rain, and Richard Roundtree.
