In the second season of “All of Us Are Dead,” some well-known characters are joining the mix, as this popular Korean zombie series makes a comeback.
The hit Netflix zombie series, first released in 2022 and immediately gaining popularity, is now back in production for a new season following a break of three years.
According to the webcomic by Joo Dong-geun, the second season of All Of Us Are Dead will primarily follow Nam On-jo (Park Ji-hu) as she navigates university life in Seoul, endeavoring to leave behind the harrowing experiences she encountered at her high school during season 1.
However, if a fresh outbreak of the contagion strikes the capital, she must battle for her life yet again to prevent it from being too late.

In addition, we’ll uncover the current whereabouts and personal journeys of certain beloved characters from the initial show, all while exploring their individual struggles and adaptations to life following the Hyosan outbreak.
In the course of her struggle to survive, On-jo encounters fresh individuals – among them are three college students who have proven their resilience, each possessing a distinct method for persevering.
In this context, we’re referring to the actors Kim Si-eun (from Squid Game Season 2), Lee Min-jae (Weak Hero: Class 2), and Yoon Ga-i (Undercover High School).
This lineup features Kim Si-eun from Squid Game Season 2, Lee Min-jae known for Weak Hero: Class 2, and Yoon Ga-i starring in Undercover High School.
In the upcoming series, actor Roh Jae-won is set to portray the role of Han Du-seok, the head of the National Intelligence Service’s team, in Squid Game.
According to Variety, their involvement “injects new layers of tension into the storyline”.
After the announcement that the series has moved into full-scale production, there’s still no word on exactly when its next season will start streaming on Netflix.
However, it is believed that it won’t be until at least 2026.
All of Us Are Dead season 1 is available to stream on Netflix. Season 2 will arrive on 6th August.
