Great news for Star Trek enthusiasts: you’ll soon be able to watch Strange New Worlds for free in the UK!
The first season of the show’s prequel will be available on ITVX starting Sunday, October 19th. If you’ve been waiting to watch, now’s the time – you won’t be able to resist it!
The new season will be shown on ITV1, with the first two episodes, “Strange New Worlds” and “Children of the Comet,” airing back-to-back starting at 10:20pm.
It’s currently unknown if future seasons will air on ITV, but we expect they might be added later. Right now, you can watch them on Paramount+.
The show *Strange New Worlds*, currently filming its fourth season after a successful run of three, has become a big hit with viewers.

This show features Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, exploring the adventures of the Enterprise crew before the events of the original Star Trek series. It also includes well-known characters like Spock (played by Ethan Peck), Nyota Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding), Scotty (Martin Quinn), and a young James T. Kirk (Paul Wesley).
Even if you’re new to Star Trek, Strange New Worlds is a fantastic place to start. It’s a fun and accessible series, with memorable episodes like the musical one and the team-up with the animated show, Lower Decks!
I’m so thrilled to hear the show is confirmed for five seasons! I can’t wait for season four to finally hit screens next year. The little bit they *have* let slip about it is just wild – apparently, the whole crew will be turned into puppets! I’m already counting down the days to see how that plays out.
It’s unclear exactly how things will unfold, but life aboard the Enterprise is always exciting.
You can start watching the first season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds on ITVX starting October 19th. If you’re interested in seasons 2 and 3, they’re available on Paramount+.
