Star Wars Outlaws and Resident Evil Village Are Coming to Game Pass in January

Xbox is starting the year strong with a new batch of games coming to Game Pass in January. Right now, you can play Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition, which features the classic game in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second, and includes all downloadable content. This is available for Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and PC members.

But the biggest highlights this month are still to come. Star Wars Outlaws, which has been updated and improved since its release, will be available to Ultimate and PC subscribers starting January 13th. And if you want to prepare for the launch of Requiem next month, you can play Resident Evil Village, coming to Ultimate, Premium, and PC tiers on January 20th.

This month, premium subscribers can enjoy some great new additions, including Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, Rematch and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition, both available January 7th. Everyone, across all subscription levels, can play the original Final Fantasy starting January 8th, and My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery will be added on January 15th.

Okay, so if you’re like me and always looking for a good Metroidvania, I’ve got some news! A game called MIO: Memories in Orbit – made by the same person who did Shady Part of Me – is coming out on January 20th for those of us with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or who play on PC.

As Microsoft welcomes new games, it’s also removing some older titles from Game Pass. Starting January 15th, the following games will no longer be available:

  • Flintlock The Siege of Dawn (Cloud, Handheld, PC, and Xbox Series X|S)
  • Neon White (Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC)
  • Road 96 (Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC)
  • The Ascent (Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC)
  • The Grinch Christmas Adventures (Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC)
