Over the last few days, players have begun sharing details about the upcoming game Resident Evil Requiem after getting early access. This has led to story spoilers and gameplay information Capcom hadn’t officially revealed appearing online. Capcom hasn’t commented on these leaks, which is typical for major game releases.
If you don’t want to see spoilers before playing Resident Evil Requiem next week, be extra careful online. I suggest muting keywords related to the game on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) to avoid seeing spoilers in your feed until you’ve had a chance to play it yourself.
Capcom Has Been Very Secretive With RE Requiem
Capcom has been unusually tight-lipped about Resident Evil Requiem compared to previous Resident Evil games. Even though leaks revealed Leon Kennedy’s appearance years ago, Capcom didn’t officially confirm it until December. This suggests they’re working hard to keep the game’s surprises a secret.
