Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham are unleashing a landslide of speculation.
Previously members of Fleetwood Mac, who created the musical duo Buckingham Nicks before becoming part of the legendary rock band in 1974, stirred up talk of a reunion after posting a couple of enigmatic and seemingly coordinated song verses on their social media platforms.
On July 17th, Stevie uploaded on her Instagram a handwritten excerpt from the 1973 Buckingham Nicks song “Frozen Love”, which read, “And if you go forward”. Quickly responding, Lindsey filled in the sentence with his own post, sharing the lyrics, “I’ll meet you there.
Igniting my enthusiasm even more, none other than our esteemed bandmate Mick Fleetwood posted a video yesterday, engrossed in the very same song we adore, showering praise on its remarkable production.
In an Instagram video, he excitedly shared that Stevie and Lindsey’s marriage and joining Fleetwood Mac was like magic, as beautifully captured in their songs. He went on to say that it was magical back then and it still is now, expressing what a delightful experience it continues to be for him.
In the years between 1972 and 1976, Stevie, aged 77, and Lindsey, aged 75, had a romantic relationship, though they never officially tied the knot. Their split was a driving force behind their band’s famous 1977 album, “Rumors,” which went on to sell over 40 million copies globally and won the Grammy for Album of the Year. Lindsey is the father of three children – William (27), Leelee (25), and Stella (21) – with Kristen Messner, who filed for divorce from him in 2021.
It’s uncertain if there will be a collaboration using the Fleetwood Mac name in the future. Given that Stevie Nicks has expressed reluctance about reuniting the group after the passing of Christine McVie in 2022, it seems unlikely at this point.
In an interview with Vulture in October 2023, Stevie expressed, “When Christine passed away, it felt as though there was no one who could fill her shoes. Replacing her isn’t possible. Without her, what becomes of the band?
Stevie added that the departure of their “musical twin spirit” left her struggling to imagine a future for the band.
Upon her passing, I realized that our journey had reached its end. It seemed pointless to continue without her.” (First person perspective of an obsessed fan)

The Backstreet Boys, who first came on the scene in 1996, really shook things up with their 1999 album “Millennium.” It’s great to know that members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, and Kevin Richardson are still performing live and singing our beloved songs, even after more than two decades.
Cheers to the girl band that brought us Beyoncé! There’s no need to “Be Unwell” about Destiny’s Child, as Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams continue to shine as individual icons even today.
The legendary boy band, ‘NSYNC, was formed by members Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, and Chris Kirkpatrick. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for another reunion concert, and let me tell you, there won’t be any hidden agendas because we’re not quite ready to bid a final goodbye, not with “Bye Bye Bye” just yet.
To win their affection, you’ll need to connect with their friends… and they have plenty! The Spice Girls ruled the U.K. in the ’90s with their stylish attire and infectious tunes. Mel C, Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, and Emma Bunton were the epitome of every girl’s dream British pop group.
Back in the day, Hanson, just like other ’90s boy bands, gained fame with their hit single “MMMBop.” The band members, Isaac Hanson, Taylor Hanson, and Zac Hanson, released an album together in 2013 before pursuing individual careers. Fortunately, they reunited in 2018 for the album “String Theory” and have been touring ever since. Even though Taylor has been busy with seven children, the band is still going strong!
Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas continue to form the ’90s rap group TLC, even after the unfortunate demise of original member Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in 2002. Lil Mama joined them for a performance in 2013, preceding the announcement of their new album in 2017 by the singers of “Waterfalls.”
Starting from 2017, the South Korean boy band BTS has been responsible for composing, producing, and performing many of their hits as global sensations. The devoted fanbase of this K-pop group, affectionately known as the Army, is renowned for their unwavering passion, a hallmark in the annals of music fandom.
Absolutely, I can’t help but reminisce about the days when Nick Lachey was part of the incredible boy band, 98 Degrees! Alongside his brother Drew and Justin Jeffre, they created a musical dynamo that had me burning up like no other. The talented duo, Nick and Jeff Timmons, left their academic pursuits behind to chase their dreams in the ’90s music scene. Simply amazing!
In the late 1980s, New Kids on the Block experienced rapid popularity, and they teamed up once more with The Backstreet Boys in 2011 for a nostalgic tour.
The original members of NKOTB were siblings Jordan and Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood. After disbanding in 1994, they eventually reunited for a performance with the Backstreet Boys in 2011, an event that caused quite a stir on the internet. They continue to perform together today.
I can hardly contain my excitement! Thank goodness the Jonas Brothers are back! With Nick Jonas’ endearing smile, Joe Jonas’ cool swagger, and Kevin Jonas’ big brother charm, they’ve got a winning combination that never goes out of style. Not only do they have looks to die for, but these gentlemen can also carry a tune and play instruments like pros. It’s been a long time since their band made its debut in 2006, and I must admit, I’m still smitten by these A-list heartthrobs!
One standout band that emerged from a popular singing competition, One Direction, dominated globally during the 2010s. This boy band has spawned numerous successful solo careers, including Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and the late Liam Payne, all of whom have left indelible marks on music (and fashion and film) history.
The musical ensemble that originated from “The X Factor” are pop queens, who use their songs to express themes such as body positivity, feminism, navigating social media challenges, and balancing life as young mothers.
Lisa, Rosé, Jennie, and Jisoo form the K-pop group BLACKPINK. They unveiled their debut album, fittingly named “THE ALBUM“, in October 2020. As Rosé shared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the band’s name signifies two colors that embody them well: they are feminine yet fierce. A song titled “Pretty Savage” reflects this duality, which is also symbolized by the name “black pink”.
Prior to the shift towards “Work From Home” lifestyle caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the pop group Fifth Harmony provided fans with an energetic (and sensual) tune to help alleviate any troubles associated with working from home. Following the girl group’s hiatus in 2018, breakout singer Camila Cabello has enjoyed a thriving solo career – including a role as Cinderella! – while other members have also embarked on their own individual projects.
5 Seconds of Summer, a rock band from Australia, initially gained recognition through YouTube videos. Their songs “She Looks So Perfect” and “Girls Talk Boys” subsequently received airplay on radio stations. After that, they toured as an opening act for One Direction, which further boosted their popularity. Since then, their story has become part of music history.
For more than three decades, the musical trio comprising of Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Wanya Morris (commonly known as Boyz II Men), have been delighting listeners with chart-topping songs such as “I’ll Make Love to You” and “One Sweet Day”.
In a contrast to the clean-cut image of One Direction, the British band The Wanted gained popularity in the U.S. with their hit single “Glad You Came” from 2012. Later, they starred in their own reality show titled “The Wanted Life.” However, the group took a break in 2014 and reunited again in 2021. Regrettably, one of the original band members, Tom Parker, passed away due to brain cancer in the year that followed.
CNCO came together in 2016, consisting of members Joel Pimentel, Richard Camacho, Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez, and Zabdiel De Jesús. However, they performed for the last time as a quintet on May 14, following an announcement by Pimentel that he was leaving the band.
As a loyal fan, I followed Big Time Rush’s journey from Nickelodeon to nationwide tours for an incredible five-year run before they decided to go their separate ways in 2014. It was music to my ears when the four talented gentlemen—Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, Carlos PenaVega, and James Maslow—reunited for two new shows in December 2021.
Back in the year 2002, the British pop sensation known as Girls Aloud made history by being one of the initial bands to emerge from a reality TV competition series. The show in question was “Popstars: The Rivals” and the talented vocalists who formed this group were Sarah Harding, Cheryl (then known as Cheryl Cole), Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, and Kimberley Walsh. Over the course of their career, Girls Aloud achieved an impressive 20 top 10 singles and four number ones, with “Sound of the Underground” being one of their hits during their reign.
