The 31-year-old actor has been keeping himself occupied by publicizing his forthcoming film titled “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.” During a similar promotional gathering, he fielded questions regarding the potential resurrection of Eddie Munson in “Stranger Things” season 5.

During an interview with Extra TV regarding the previously mentioned film, the journalist inquired about the possibility of Quinn’s character returning. They discussed if the “imaginative” directors might reintroduce Munson through a flashback sequence.

In response, Quinn suggested the potential of something happening, but didn’t explicitly confirm the character’s appearance in Season 5. Instead, he said, “Gosh, yeah, I guess it’s coming up soon, right? Who knows? After all, there’s always a possibility for anything, isn’t there? Nothing’s beyond reach.

While the actor portraying Gladiator II hinted at a possibility for Eddie Munson’s appearance in Stranger Things’ upcoming season, it seems rather unlikely given that fans witnessed his burial in the latest trailer. In the fourth season, Munson meets his end when he is attacked by a horde of Demobats in the Upside Down. He bravely distracts them to give Nancy, Steve, and Robin an opportunity to confront the Creel house and fight against Vecna, ultimately sacrificing himself for their safety.

Among these theories, one suggested a flashback scene, which seems to be hinted at by Quinn. Additionally, some fans theorize that Vecna might bring Munson back as Kas or a vampire, enlisting him as an ally.

Kas is a character in Dungeons & Dragons who served as Vecna’s lieutenant. A third hypothesis proposes that Munson might be confined within Vecna’s mental realm, similar to his other victims. Consequently, if Eleven manages to defeat Vecna, she may potentially rescue Munson. Furthermore, the speculation leaning towards Munson’s return in Season 5 involves the concept of time travel.
