PlayStation Plus offered some major games in October, including Alan Wake 2 with its Essential tier and the Silent Hill 2 and Until Dawn remakes on Extra/Premium. According to Dealabs’ reliable source billbil-kun, this pattern of offering high-quality games will continue into November.
According to recent leaks, the game Stray will be offered for free next month to PlayStation Plus Essential members (and those with higher subscription tiers) starting November 4th. While the source hasn’t revealed the other two free games, an official announcement is expected on October 29th, so we should know more soon.
Released in July 2022 for PlayStation and PC, Stray is a story-driven adventure game where you play as a cat. The game follows a feline who gets separated from their family and ends up in a mysterious, long-forgotten city populated by robots. Along with a helpful drone companion named B-12, the cat explores the ruins, hoping to find a way home. You can find a detailed review of the game here. Stray is now also available on Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
