Here’s your first look at Street Fighter all-star Ken Masters in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
This summer, the new character will debut as part of the Special Edition release, and you’ll see it squaring off against longtime SNK figure Terry Bogard in a friendly training battle.
In this game, we catch a peek at his collection of fiery moves, such as traditional flaming shoryukens and hurricane kicks. However, the combination of these attacks carries a unique flavor from SNK, making it different from what you might see in Street Fighter 6, which is a positive change.
Regarding his wardrobe, Ken sports two distinctive pieces: an oversized jacket inspired by the latest Capcom game, and a bold, fiery red martial arts uniform from Street Fighter 2.
As a passionate gamer, I’m thrilled to share that the new trailer reveals an exciting update: apart from his classic arcade journey, Ken will also be playable in the immersive RPG-style Episodes of South Town mode! This means I’ll get to delve deeper into the story and uncover more secrets of South Town.
Here’s the official blurb from SNK’s trailer:
A seasoned fighter from Metro City, who has a long-standing grudge against South Town due to an unfair association. Driven by determination and armed with a devastating offensive skillset, this former US National Fighting Champion eventually encounters the Legendary Wolf. This meeting sets the stage for destiny’s course.
Would you like to take Ken for a ride once he gets to South City? Leave your answer in the comment section beneath.
