The cast of the Street Fighter movie made a surprise appearance at The Game Awards, revealing the first trailer! The trailer gave fans a first look at all 17 of the game’s legendary characters.
Ryu and Ken, iconic Street Fighter rivals, team up again when Chun-Li asks for their help in the World Warrior Tournament. But as they compete, they uncover a dangerous plot that forces them to battle each other and deal with unresolved issues from their past – or risk facing ultimate defeat.
As a huge fan, I was absolutely thrilled to see so many of the actors from the movie there! It was amazing to meet Noah Centineo, who played Ken, and Andrew Koji as Ryu. Callina Liang was there representing Chun-Li, and Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoai, who totally nailed Akuma! David Dastmalchian (M. Bison), Cody Rhodes (Guile), Andrew Schulz (Dan), and Vidyut Jammwal (Dhalsim) were all present too. Plus, Orville Peck as Vega and Olivier Richters as Zangief! Rayna Vallandingham played Juli, and Mel Jarson was Cammy. And the biggest surprise? Jason Momoa was there as Blanka and one of the producers! It was a dream come true for any Street Fighter fan.
STREET FIGHTER IS ONLY IN CINEMAS from 16th OCTOBER 2026
