Nadiya Bychkova is the latest professional dancer to leave Strictly Come Dancing before the new season begins on BBC One.
There were rumors that Bychkova might be removed from the show, but neither the BBC nor the dancer confirmed these claims.
Strictly Come Dancing expressed their gratitude to Nadiya Bychkova for all she’s brought to the show in a social media post.
Nadiya has been a wonderful part of the Strictly family for nine years, bringing grace, skill, and commitment to every performance. She’ll always be remembered with fondness.

Nadiya has given many outstanding performances throughout her career, demonstrating her incredible skill as both a dancer and choreographer. She’s also a gifted teacher, consistently bringing out the best in her celebrity partners.

The Ukrainian dancer posted a message online, expressing gratitude to her fans for their kind words over the last few weeks, and also thanking everyone who has voted for and supported her throughout the competition.
I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me – my collaborators, colleagues, the judges, and the talented team working behind the scenes.
I came onto the show as a professional athlete, having already won two world championships. Through the experience, I’ve discovered a lot about myself and others, and I’ve developed not just as a competitor, but as a person and an artist.
Being on Strictly has helped me grow as an artist, learn new things, and discover hidden talents – something I’ll always appreciate.
