Cyanide and Nacon have just released a new trailer for Styx: Blades of Greed, a prequel to the popular Styx series. The game revisits the origins of the Black Hand group. While it features a new, more open-ended level design, it still provides players with plenty of ways to overcome enemies during their adventures.
The trailer doesn’t reveal much about the game’s story, but it’s a good way to get a feel for what everyone’s talking about. It quickly explains what drives the main character, Styx, and showcases the game’s unique style, including its tendency to playfully break the fourth wall.
If you enjoyed the previous games, you’ll be happy to hear that Blades of Greed lets you lead a crew of thieves aboard a zeppelin! Our goblin hero now has a glider to help him explore a bigger world. You can find out more about the new features here, and decide if you want to grab a copy when it comes out on February 19th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
