Good news for fans! Despite reports to the contrary, Granblue Fantasy: Relink isn’t going anywhere. Cygames has just announced Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, launching July 9th on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC for $59.99. The expansion includes new characters to play as, new things to do, and a brand new story. You can watch the announcement trailer below.
After the story of the first game, Gran/Djeeta and their allies face a new threat: strange occurrences called “ragnalia” appearing in the Zegagrande Skydom, along with the persistent Beelzebub. They’re joined by new characters Beatrix, Eustace, Maglielle, and Gallanza, and now have the ability to summon powerful allies to fight alongside them, even taking direct control for a devastating new attack called Primal Burst.
Players will find new bosses to battle, more quests to complete, and new Master Traits to customize their characters. A new solo activity called The Conflux will offer unpredictable challenges and unique powers. Plus, players on all platforms will finally be able to play together!
I’m so excited! If you already have the original game, you can get an Upgrade Kit to play Endless Ragnarok. And for anyone who missed out, there’s a Downloadable Content Collection with everything that’s come out so far!
I’m so excited! They’re doing a special showcase for Endless Ragnarok tonight at 6 PM PST, and I’ll be keeping an eye out for more info. If you’re curious about the original game, it was a huge hit – it sold over 2 million copies! You can check out our review here.
