Neal McDonough’s career hasn’t always been an easy ride.
As a devoted follower, I’d like to share a personal insight: A Suits alum has recently reminisced about a challenging phase in his life when he claims he experienced a Hollywood boycott due to my steadfast refusal to kiss anyone but my wife, Ruvé McDonough, whom I wedded in 2003.
He mentioned during a sneak peek of the Nothing Left Unsaid podcast, shared by TMZ, that he had consistently included in his contracts that he wouldn’t kiss another woman on-screen. His wife was fine with it, but he was the one struggling with it. When he couldn’t comply and they didn’t understand why, Hollywood turned against him, and they stopped inviting him to be part of the show anymore.
The Yellowstone alum went on to detail how his life was affected.
For two consecutive years, Neal explained, he struggled to find employment, ultimately losing virtually everything, from homes and possessions to his self-confidence and sense of style. Moreover, he lost the essence of who he was and his sense of identity. As an actor, he took pride in being quite skilled at it, but without that role, he felt adrift and disoriented, like a plane in a tailspin.
He emphasized, “And I was in a big, ugly tailspin for a couple years.”
It’s fortunate that during the staging of “The Last Rodeo” this year, he found an ideal solution to the rule: The character of his onscreen spouse was portrayed by none other than Ruvé herself.
It’s not clear exactly when or where in his life this event took place, nor the specific show involved, but it’s not a new topic for Neal to talk about how his personal principles have impacted his professional journey.
As a die-hard devotee, I can’t help but share a tale about my past: Back in 2010, I, the Band of Brothers alum, claimed that I was let go from the series Scoundrels due to my firm stance against shooting intimate scenes with one of my on-screen partners.
In an interview with Closer Weekly back in 2019, he expressed that the situation was incredibly challenging for him. Following this difficult period, he found it tough to secure employment as people seemed to perceive him as overly religious. Although religion is significant in his life and he prioritizes God, family, and himself in that order, it took a few years for him to overcome these obstacles.
He credited Band of Brothers producer Graham Yost for helping get Neal back in the spotlight.
Later on, Graham Yost contacted me and said, “Hey, I’d like for you to portray the antagonist in ‘Justified.'”. This revelation, he noted, was my opportunity to reclaim the role.

Jason Kelce expressed surprise on Twitter in June 2024, commenting about someone who appears to meticulously clean their feet, following an observation that he seems not to wash his lower legs or feet.
The retired Philadelphia Eagles player later doubled down on his comments.
He jokingly said, ‘What kind of unusual psychopath takes care of someone else’s feet?’ On their podcast ‘New Heights,’ he further explained, ‘If they have visible dirt, I’ll make sure to clean it off.’
For more than a decade following the disclosure by the actor famous for “Twilight” about witnessing a clown’s death in a car explosion at the circus as a kid, it was admitted that this account was not accurate.
Robert recounted to The New York Times Style Magazine in a 2024 interview that he showed no hesitation at all, stating, “Gosh, what in the world is happening? Are you under some sort of influence?
As for what he said during the 2011 Today interview promoting his film Water for Elephants?
In the past, I found myself in an unsettling situation when one of the jesters met a tragic end. His miniature vehicle, which was part of his act, unexpectedly detonated. Yes, you heard it right – it blew up on him! The suddenness and intensity left us all reeling. Naturally, we fled from the scene in panic. It was truly a frightening spectacle.
Grandma knows best.
Kim Kardashian shared insights during the October 2022 episode of “The Kardashians” on how her grandmother, Mary Jo “MJ” Campbell, played a role in an intimate moment she had with her then-boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
Kim Kardashian shared a story with MJ, Kris Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian about her and Pete’s recent stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She mentioned that they spent hours chatting near the fireplace. Kim then revealed that her grandmother had advised living life to the fullest by having sex in front of a fireplace. In tribute to this advice, Kim and Pete decided to carry out this tradition in front of the fireplace.
Grandma’s reaction? A nod of approval.
In a casual manner, Kim remarked, “It’s a bit unsettling to think about your grandmother during intimate moments, isn’t it?” To this, MJ responded with a hint of nostalgia, “Yes, I was young too at some point.
The deep affection that binds Mila Kunis, her spouse Ashton Kutcher, their 8-year-old daughter Wyatt, and 6-year-old son Dimitri in their close-knit family transcends all limits.
So much so, that the Black Swan actress revealed they keep an open-door policy at home.
She informed TopMob News in September 2022 that it encompasses the bathroom. It’s a situation where, whether positively or negatively, our family and children have come to view bodily functions as quite ordinary and commonplace.
Mila made up her mind following repeated requests from her family to enter, eventually deciding to let them in, expressing herself as, “Well, never mind. Just leave the door unlocked.
Pre-kids, she might not have imagined she’d flush that particular boundary away.
She expressed, “I wouldn’t have imagined that I could enter a bathroom while leaving the door open.
Ghouls just want to have fun.
During a particular episode in October 2022, panelists on the talk show “The View” were discussing footage about a woman claiming to have “sexual ghosts” in her home. At this point, Sara Haines posed an intriguing question: “Could one possibly conceive if they were involved intimately with a ghost?
Luckily for her, co-host Joy Behar provided a response, saying, “I’ve bedded a handful of spirits and never conceived.
In reply, Whoopi Goldberg stated, “I’ll leave that comment unaddressed since I believe some of you may have caught what Joy mentioned earlier, and I choose not to respond.
Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb share a close bond, though there’s one surprising fact about Jenna that Hoda wasn’t aware of regarding her co-host on the Today show. When they were preparing for an episode of Today with Hoda and Jenna, Hoda found out that Jenna often doesn’t wear underwear.
During a recent episode of “Today with Hoda and Jenna,” Hoda mentioned that they both needed to change before the show. She recalled saying something like, ‘It seems we need to head back to the dressing room,’ but then she noticed an unusual thing about Jenna – she doesn’t wear underwear.
Jenna’s rationale? Well, no underwear might just be more convenient to her.
She commented, “It gives a more aesthetically pleasing outline,” and added, “There are numerous advantages to it, such as less packing being required.
Looks like someone hasn’t been keeping up.
As an ardent admirer of Britney Spears, I find myself resonating deeply with Keke Palmer’s catchy phrase, “he could be walking down the street, I wouldn’t know a thing.” It appears that even the iconic pop star herself was left in the dark when it came to recognizing Pete Davidson and Scott Disick!
Sharing again on Instagram a hilarious video from March featuring Pete, who was once in a relationship with Kim Kardashian and Scott, formerly dating Kourtney Kardashian, enjoying a “guys’ night out.” Britney found the two of them extremely amusing.
Britney posted again, apologizing for the repetition. She mentioned that she wasn’t familiar with the individuals in the video, but their antics had her laughing uncontrollably!
Before the world acclaimed Chris Evans as Captain America and People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2022, I had the privilege of knowing him casually as the charming, attractive individual I went out on a few dates with back then.
Approximately 10 years back, she disclosed during an episode of the “Whine Down with Jana Kramer” podcast in November, although she can’t specifically count the number of dates they had, she still remembers their final meeting.
At approximately 26 years of age, Jana mentioned that Chris had invited her to his home when some of his friends were visiting from Boston.
Jana recollected, “The last thing I recall was him heading into the bathroom shortly after I’d left following an asparagus-scented pee. We didn’t have a romantic encounter that night; instead, he spent the rest of it with friends and then, in the morning, I awkwardly exited his house, mimicking the ‘asparagus walk of shame.’
She added, “I never heard from him again.”
Not all of these confessions are amusing.
Approximately eight years after revealing in an ELLE article that she had been fighting a rare form of bone cancer, which later inspired a storyline on Grey’s Anatomy, the writer Elisabeth Finch confessed in December that it was all a fabrication.
In her interview with The Ankler newsletter on December 7th, Elisabeth shared that she made a huge mistake when she lied at the age of 34, and this error has grown and deepened within her ever since. She also mentioned that she’s never had any form of cancer.
In simpler terms, Finch, who temporarily stepped down from his role in the ABC medical drama and later resigned, admitted, “What I did was not right. It was wrong. I made a mistake. I messed up, plain and simple.
Beauty is pain, but Kim Kardashian might be able to stomach it.
Speaking candidly about her pursuit of a more youthful look to The New York Times, the reality star jokingly admitted that she wouldn’t hesitate to explore almost any solution available.
She stated in June, “Given the choice between eating feces daily for a youthful appearance or not, I might choose it.
During a July 2022 conversation with Allure, Kim clarified that her initial statement was somewhat playful, although it didn’t appear completely far-fetched.
Reflecting on it now, Kim remarked, “In all honesty, I might even consider eating such a thing if someone assured me that eating this bowl of ‘poo’ daily would make me appear more youthful.
As a die-hard admirer, I find myself wondering about the space she might have left: “Perhaps just a morsel,” she shared with the media. “But I’m not sure if I could manage an entire bowlful.
Jelly Roll could’ve used some saving from himself.
During a guest spot on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” in April 2025, the artist known for his hit “Save Me” candidly shared one of his most mortifying experiences without reservation.
“I pooped myself one time,” he admitted. “I did, I’m sorry.”
However, it’s important to note that Jelly Roll (originally named Jason Bradley DeFord) wasn’t anticipating such a severe impact.
With unshakable conviction, I maintained that it was merely smoke and mirrors. Alas, I must admit, my heart sinks as the adoration of the audience transformed into a sea of uncertainty.
