Carl Radke just dropped a summertime shocker.
In fact, the Summer House star recently revealed his real first name isn’t actually Carl.
He shared with PopViewers in a video on August 8th that his middle name is Carl. Interestingly, his family has always preferred to use people’s middle names instead of their given names. Even his brother goes by his middle name.
As for what the 40-year-old’s legal name really is?
In a recent sharing, Carl, who’s graced Bravo’s reality show for all nine seasons, disclosed that his identification and passport bear the first name William. However, he’s often known as Carl, a nickname he’s had since day one. His middle name is Carl, but he’s always been called by his first name in everyday life.
And it turns out he still doesn’t totally comprehend his own name change.
He continued, “It’s something that runs in the family.” His mother offers a different perspective on it, which he can’t quite grasp. However, his full name is indeed both William and Carl.
Fans of Summer House might have to adjust as Carl, whose real name we know now, isn’t the only change. Notably, Paige DeSorbo, a long-standing cast member, has decided to part ways with the show after spending seven seasons in the Hamptons.
However, as Carl had hinted earlier, there have been efforts among the cast members to persuade the co-host of the Giggly Squad podcast to appear in season 10.
He recently shared with TopMob News that an invitation has been extended. He expressed, ‘It’s high time you pay us a visit.’ Amanda Batula and Ciara Miller are making efforts to get her, but she was in Italy attending to other matters. So, we’ll see how it unfolds. Here’s hoping for the best.
What Carl will miss the most due to Paige’s absence is her quick-witted humor and amusing conversations, as she always manages to make people laugh. He laments that they won’t be spending the summer together, which was their primary opportunity to spend time with her.
Regardless, Carl is happy for all of Paige’s professional success outside the series.
Her allure and style are hard to compete with, he conceded. Yet, I adore Paige. Despite feeling disappointed about her absence from the event, we comprehend that she had numerous commitments this summer.
