Nintendo recently shared a six-minute trailer showcasing Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, and announced a community event taking place in Bellabel Park.
Here are some of the highlights from the trailer, via Nintendo:
- The Koopalings Have Arrived – All seven Koopalings have invaded the Flower Kingdom! Seek them out in these new boss courses found throughout the main game, and take them on solo, alongside your buds, or play online with up to 11 live shadows of players from around the world – the choice is yours!
- Super Flower Pot Power-Up – Grab this item to transform into a flower with a bouquet of new actions at your disposal, like extending your jumps with a flutter or attacking enemies by launching large flowers into the air.
- Dual Badges – Collect and combine Action, Boost and Expert Badges to create different effects for your character. Mix and match effects and discover new ways to make your adventure a breeze … or an even greater challenge.
- Bellabel Water – Play attractions and more than 70 training courses to obtain Bellabel Water. Pour it on sprouts and a variety of flowers will bloom, including Greetings Flowers and Instrument Flowers, which will help decorate and enliven the park.
- New amiibo Figure Features – Three amiibo figures—Elephant Mario, Poplin & Prince Florian, and Captain Toad & Talking Flower—will launch on the same date as the game on March 26. Tap an amiibo in Bellabel Park to change the flower field and other decorations, or while on a course to obtain a power-up.

About
The Flower Kingdom grows even bigger on Nintendo Switch 2!
I’m so excited to jump into this new adventure! It’s a classic side-scrolling game where you team up with friends (or go it alone!) to rescue the Flower Kingdom from Bowser, Bowser Jr., and all seven of the Koopalings. It’s going to be packed with action!
More Ways to Play
Okay, so the new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is awesome! You can actually play as Rosalina and Luma now, which is super cool. They’ve also added a bunch of new stuff to collect, and there’s this new power-up called the Super Flower Pot – it’s a game changer!
Even More Mayhem
Embark on exciting adventures by yourself or with others! Gather your friends and team up for multiplayer fun at Bellabel Park’s new attractions, whether you play online, locally, or on the same system. Or, hone your skills at the Toad Brigade Training Camp with a range of solo and cooperative challenges.
Enhanced for Nintendo Switch 2
When you connect your device to a compatible TV, you can explore the Flower Kingdom in stunning detail with up to 4K resolution. You’ll also notice smoother gameplay and quicker loading times for a more responsive experience. Plus, with GameShare, you and a friend can play together using just one game copy!
