It was the weekend before Christmas, and the team at Push Square were all busy playing PlayStation 5 – so much so that you couldn’t find an editor anywhere! Here’s a look at what games we’ve been enjoying.
Aaron Bayne
I’m planning to finally finish Resident Evil 4 this week. It’s taken me a long time to complete, even though it isn’t a very long game, but I’m now only two chapters away from the end.
Graham Banas
I finally got around to playing The Last of Us Part II on the PS5, and I’m really enjoying it! It’s only my second time through the game, which is a big difference from the first one – I’ve beaten Part I probably fifteen times.
Jamie O’Neill
Wow, this year just disappeared! It feels like only yesterday it started, and now we’re down to the last couple of weekends. I’m currently totally hooked on Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds – it’s my second favorite game of 2025 so far, and honestly, it’s blown me away! It’s so fast-paced and exceeded all my expectations.
Sammy Barker
I’m focusing on keeping up with my ongoing games so I can finally play some of the older titles I’ve been meaning to get to during the Christmas break. I haven’t picked my next game yet, but I’ll share it when I do.
Stephen Tailby
With the holidays coming up, I won’t have a lot of free time, but when I do, I plan to relax and play some simple games like Lumines Arise, PowerWash Simulator 2, and Ball X Pit.
