Production on the fifth season of the Hulu series has temporarily stopped following a reported incident between cast member Taylor Frankie Paul and her former partner, Dakota Mortensen, according to a source at TopMob News.

The Draper City Police Department confirmed to People magazine that they are investigating allegations of domestic assault involving the parents of 23-month-old Ever. According to a police spokesperson, both parents have accused each other. Police made contact with those involved on February 24th and 25th, but are not releasing further details while the investigation is ongoing.

According to a source who spoke with TopMob News, Taylor is taking responsibility for her actions and is primarily focused on shielding her son, Ever, from negative press or anything that could tarnish his view of his father. She wants Ever to have a positive opinion of his father.
