Its lyrics, describing someone with a “James Dean daydream” look – long, slicked-back hair and a white T-shirt – seem to directly reference Styles.
The song “Out of the Woods” alludes to a car accident Taylor Swift and Harry Styles were in, with the lines “Remember when you hit the brakes too soon? Twenty stitches in a hospital room.” The vault track “Is It Over Now?” from the re-recorded album 1989 (Taylor’s Version) also references this incident.
Fans of Taylor Swift can still listen to her songs inspired by Harry Styles. It’s also great to hear that both he and Taylor seem happy in their current relationships, and that their past hasn’t impacted her friendship with Zoë Kravitz.
