Taylor Swift Makes Appearance at Grammys 2026 After-Party

Taylor Swift had an enchanted night celebrating the 2026 Grammys.

Despite missing the Grammy Awards ceremony on February 1st, singer Taylor, 36, celebrated at a Grammys after-party. A video posted online shows her enjoying a drink and talking with guests.

Oh my god, she was perfect last night in LA! She wore this amazing black long-sleeved top, so classic and chic, with a really flattering scoop neck. And of course, she had on her iconic red lipstick – I swear, she invented red lipstick! – and these gorgeous layered gold necklaces. Her hair was just straight and simple, but honestly, she could wear anything and still be breathtaking. I was completely mesmerized!

TopMob News contacted Taylor’s representative for a statement regarding her evening at the Grammys, but they haven’t received a response yet.

Taylor Swift has been to the Grammys many times, but she wasn’t at the show this year, even though stars like Lady Gaga, Tyler, the Creator, and Bruno Mars were there with host Trevor Noah for his last time. The reason is straightforward: she didn’t release any new music during the eligibility period for the 2026 Grammys – between August 31, 2024, and August 30, 2025 – so she didn’t receive any nominations.

Taylor Swift’s newest album, The Life of a Showgirl, came out on October 3rd—after the deadline for 2026 Grammy consideration. But she will still be able to pursue her record-breaking streak for Album of the Year at the 2027 Grammys.

Even though Taylor Swift didn’t win any Grammys this year, she still had a lot to be happy about. Several of her friends and collaborators, like Kendrick Lamar and Sabrina Carpenter, received nominations.

Kendrick Lamar had a huge night at the awards ceremony, winning four awards and making Grammys history. He previously collaborated with Taylor Swift on her song “Bad Blood,” but this time, he broke Jay-Z’s record to become the most-awarded rapper ever, thanks to winning Best Rap Album.

After receiving the award, the 38-year-old rapper, known for his song “Not Like Us,” explained that he finds it difficult to talk about himself directly, preferring to express himself through his music. He then emphasized the enduring power of hip hop, stating that the genre will continue to thrive, with artists celebrating their success and culture with style and the support of their community.

“I appreciate y’all,” he added. “[To] God is the glory. Love y’all.”
