The kids from Teen Mom are reaching their own teenage milestones.
Additionally, Kailyn Lowry’s 15-year-old son Isaac, who she co-parents with her ex Jo Rivera, recently marked an important milestone in his life by participating in his high school prom.
On May 6th, a reality star posted pictures on Instagram showcasing her eldest son’s special evening. The series of photos depicted him wearing a smart navy blue suit with black lapels and a coordinating black dress shirt. Additionally, the photo set featured a touching mother-son image as well as shots of Isaac and his older brother Lincoln, aged 11 years old, whom she shares with her former husband Javi Marroquin.
Kailyn found herself overcome with feelings as she sent Isaac Elliot off to his prom weekend, as expressed in her emotional Instagram post accompanied by a weeping emoji.
Alongside delightful snapshots, the 33-year-old (who is a mother to Lux, age 7, Creed, age 4, with ex Chris Lopez, Rio, age 2, and 18-month-old twins Verse and Valley with fiancé Elijah Scott) also shared a playful text conversation, presumably from Isaac, as he was getting ready for the occasion.
Leave me alone, I’ve set an alarm for 10. I’ve got a long evening ahead and want to get plenty of rest before the prom.
As a lifestyle connoisseur looking back, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing Isaac’s life journey unfold, right before our eyes, across his mother’s 11-season stint on MTV’s reality series. Yet, what truly sets him apart is his candid disclosure of personal passions, offering a unique peek into his world.
In his interview with Kailyn during the March 2022 episode of “Barely Famous” podcast, he shared that he currently enjoys playing the piano. He also expressed an interest in learning to play the guitar as we previously discussed. While he doesn’t particularly enjoy practicing basketball, he does enjoy playing it occasionally.

In 2009, viewers witnessed Catelynn Lowell and her long-time partner Tyler Baltierra agonize over the decision to give their firstborn daughter, Carly, up for adoption during the debut season of 16 and Pregnant. After thirteen years as a pair, they tied the knot in August 2015. Since then, they’ve expanded their family with three more daughters: Novalee, Vaeda, and Rya.
Although the void left by Carly, who resides with her adoptive family, Brandon and Teresa Davis, continues to be felt deeply, they persist in their efforts to build a hopeful tomorrow.
In an interview with TopMob News in January 2025, Catelynn expressed their connection is whatever her biological sibling desires: “It could be a relationship with us, or just with her birth siblings. Whatever she prefers. If she wants to engage with us, great. If not, we get it. It’s all about her comfort and wishes, because this journey should revolve around the adoptee.
In just under six months of being together, Maci Bookout faced challenges with an unreliable Ryan Edwards on the show “16 and Pregnant”. Despite getting engaged, this high school sweetheart pair broke up less than a year after their son Bentley was born in 2008.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: In my current circumstances, I’m actively working on fostering a collaborative co-parenting bond. Back in 2023, I shared with TopMob News that Ryan has been more present than ever before, demonstrating consistency that surpasses any previous point in our history together.
In 2012, Maci discovered her lifelong partner in Taylor McKinney from Texas. The duo started expanding their team shortly after, and… They brought daughter Jayde into the world in May 2015, followed by son Maverick a year later. Their wedding took place in Florida in October of the same year.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I can relate to the heartfelt words of this dynamic duo who embodies the essence of partnership and resilience. In 2023, they shared their intimate journey with TopMob News, revealing that their bond transcends the ordinary. They confided, “He is simply my other half.”
In moments when our shared journey has tested us, we’ve faced adversity together, but at the heart of it all, I find myself still choosing him. He remains someone I admire, appreciate, and even in those rare instances where I feel like throwing a verbal jab, he’s the one I’d rather spar with than be without that sparring partner. A rough patch with him is preferable to a smooth sail without anyone to navigate the stormy seas with.
Regardless of having different partners now, the MTV celebrities, who bonded during the production of The Challenge, remain united in raising their child named Ryder jointly.
From the very start of Cory being involved with Ryder, Cheyenne emphasized that the most significant concern was his desire to become a genuine, dedicated father and parent, not just a dad who appears in happy moments on social media or at amusement parks. Cheyenne made it clear from the beginning that she wouldn’t settle for less than full commitment, and this mindset resonated with Cory, which is why they have such a strong co-parenting relationship.
Following the end of their relationship in 2018, they chose to rekindle their bond. During Cheyenne’s 28th birthday celebration, she announced on Instagram that they were back together again. In May of 2021, they became parents for the first time, welcoming a son named Ace. They tied the knot in September 2022.
In an interview with TopMob News in 2024, Cheyenne stated, “For the past two years, we’ve been crossing items off our bucket list. Our goal was to have a baby and we were blessed with Ace. We desired to get married, and we had our wedding. Lastly, we wanted to buy a house, and we successfully purchased one.
Furthermore, she added, “I have no desire for action or setting new targets. Instead, I long for tranquility – to simply sit, to remain motionless. My aspiration is to find contentment in our current situation and to appreciate each other more deeply. That’s all I seek.
Establishing a bond while filming the reality show ‘Ex on the Beach’ might not appear to be the beginning of a romantic tale, but fast-forward several years and the arrival of their two daughters, Mila and Maya, Cory and ‘Are You the One?’ alum Taylor Selfridge continue to create ripples.
In 2023, he confided in TopMob News that they had recently purchased a house. He also acknowledged the curiosity about his wedding plans, stating, “We’ve been discussing it. We’re still waiting for the ring and for me to propose to Taylor. She deserves it, and it’s what we both want. For now, we’re simply preparing for that moment.
Ryan, following his marriage to Mackenzie Standifer in May 2017, entered rehab not long after the wedding. Their first child, Jagger, was born in 2018, during a period when Ryan was still undergoing treatment.
2020 saw the joyous arrival of baby Stella into our lives, but alas, three long years passed, and Mackenzie decided to part ways with me. Now, it seems, Ryan has found love anew in the lovely Amanda Conner, who carries their first child within her.
Despite ending their highly controversial relationship permanently in 2013, the pair successfully shared parenting responsibilities for their now-adolescent daughter Leah for quite some time afterward.
In an interview with TopMob News in January 2022, Amber shared, “We enjoy each other’s company from afar, but our bond is strong and growing. It feels more like a family than anything else these days.
It’s true that families can have disagreements from time to time. However, Amber’s frequent posts on social media hint at a strained relationship with Gary, suggesting they are not on good terms as former partners.
Amber and Matt Baier, who had been together for several years, made an attempt at marriage but later ended their engagement after a short-lived participation on “Marriage Boot Camp” in 2017.
On Dr. Drew Pinsky’s podcast, Amber admitted, “Eventually, there comes a time when one simply grows tired of listening and begins to lose interest in a relationship. I believe this is what happened between me and him.” She explained, “I stopped caring about the relationship as much as I should have. In essence, I erected a barrier to protect myself from getting hurt again.
Amber met and fell in love with Andrew Glennon during the filming of “Marriage Boot Camp”. They officially appeared together as a couple at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards. In May 2018, they welcomed their first child, James, into the world.
However, following Amber’s arrest for domestic battery in July 2019, the couple found themselves parting ways. After a challenging legal dispute, it was decided in 2022 that California native Andrew would have sole legal and primary physical custody of their son.
The Teen Mom celebrity shared with TopMob News that she has put in tremendous effort towards self-improvement and strengthening her bonds with her kids. She emphasized that while she has been open about her history with substance abuse and mental health issues, everyone deserves a chance to move past their past troubles and not be defined solely by them.
Persisting with unwavering resolve, she said, “Even if your path hasn’t been smooth, but you’ve striven tirelessly to grow into a better, stronger, and kinder individual today, continue your journey just as I will. I promise you, I’ll never cease in my efforts for my children, whom I cherish above all else.
Following an online encounter with Amber, Dimitri Garcia first appeared on “Teen Mom OG” in April 2020. On the show, Amber mentioned, “Dimitri is from Belgium and he’s 39, making him ten years older than me. He’s a very attractive man.” She continued, “As our connection deepened, we decided it was best to meet since we both felt a mutual liking towards each other.
In April 2021, Amber openly discussed on the Teen Mom OG reunion special that she was still in a relationship with Dimitri. She clarified, “We’ve been acquainted for about 18 months, but I haven’t seen him for a year.” Despite not publicly confirming a breakup, Amber later introduced her new boyfriend, Gary Wayt, during a June 2024 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
After Amber matched with Gary 2.0 on a dating app in the autumn of 2023, he appeared more clearly in the photo when she presented him to her fellow cast members from “Teen Mom” during a video call.
Despite his proposal in May 2024, their engagement didn’t last long. During her brother’s wedding in North Carolina in June, an argument between them caused Gary to leave suddenly, prompting Amber to file a missing person report.
And while Gary was soon located, the duo’s engagment wasn’t the only thing left broken.
On the show “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter“, Amber shared, “For three to four days, I was faced with the agony of believing my fiancé had passed away. I had to endure the process of grieving and trying to comprehend why someone would do such a thing to me in the first place. I am currently going through a difficult time.
She went on to say, “This man shattered me. Before him, I had always been steady. For the first time in years, I’m not functioning at my best due to a man who proposed to me with a ring.
Several months following the birth of their daughter Emilee in April 2015, Gary and Kristina Anderson held a lovely beach wedding.
In his 2022 Instagram post, Gary expressed that “Your soul is one of the most radiant ones I’ve encountered, and I can’t imagine navigating life without you by my side.
In December 2008, exactly two months before Sophia was born, the man who would later become her father tragically passed away in an accident.
In the time following the demise of her boyfriend from high school, Farrah had a series of on-again, off-again relationships with Simon Saran, who is a real estate agent, that spanned more than two years.
Despite their 2017 breakup becoming quite contentious, they made an effort to maintain some form of friendship, albeit with a degree of difficulty.
Simon expressed to TopMob News that he holds no grudges against Farrah. He explained they simply come from different backgrounds – she prefers a more artificial lifestyle, while he seeks authenticity. Despite their differences, he wishes only the best for her and hopes she achieves great success in all her future ventures.
Jenelle Evans and Andrew Lewis, parents of their teenage son Jace, parted ways shortly after his birth in 2009. Regrettably, the model has had minimal interaction in her son’s life since then.
In that 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle mused, “I do have a sense of sadness since he’s Jace’s father. However, I’m aware of his nature, and I don’t want him to let my son down. I don’t want him to reappear and then disappear again.
Following a one-year marriage with Courtland Rogers and giving birth to her second child, Kaiser, with former partner Nathan Griffin in 2014, Jenelle later got married to David Eason on their North Carolina property in September 2017, just eight months after the birth of their daughter Ensley.
Following a difficult period, David was accused and charged with a minor offense of child abuse concerning Jace. Jenelle described this as an organized attempt to discredit him. They then announced their separation. Jenelle stated on social media that she couldn’t immediately file for divorce because in North Carolina, you must be legally separated for a year before doing so. Moreover, you need to demonstrate that you live at two distinct addresses.
Recall the smooth talker who once asked his girlfriend, Chelsea Houska, about signing documents to finalize what he considered a misstep?
Completely in the rearview.
Despite the long odds, the former Teen Mom star and current HGTV personality maintains a surprisingly amicable connection with her high school sweetheart, Adam Lind, who is Aubree’s father. As she shared with Us Weekly, “There’s no negative energy and it’s just an open relationship.” She continued, “We don’t harbor any ill feelings. We occasionally see each other, and everything is perfectly fine.
In 2014, Chelsea and Cole DeBoer’s chance encounter at a gas station blossomed into an everlasting bond when they got married in October 2016. Since then, they have expanded their family with the birth of son Watson in 2017, followed by daughters Layne and Walker in 2018 and 2021. More recently, this loving couple embarked on a new adventure together: their HGTV series called Down Home Fab.
Speaking with TopMob News, Chelsea expressed her intentions for their potential return to TV. She wanted it to be a positive and entertaining experience, allowing them to genuinely express themselves. In her words, this opportunity felt incredibly fitting and exciting.
As a dedicated follower looking back, it was Leah Messer and Corey Simms’ aspiration to transform their friendship into an enduring family bond, but fate had other plans. Six months following their October 2010 nuptials, the parents of teenage twins Aleeah and Aliannah chose to part ways and filed for divorce.
Corey has been married to Miranda Patterson since 2013.
In 2012, Leah got married to Jeremy Calvert, and the following year they had a daughter named Adalynn.
Despite parting ways in 2015, they have strived to jointly raise their daughter, with outcomes that can occasionally be challenging. Leah shared her feelings about this experience with TopMob News, saying, “I see a more fulfilled version of myself. Watching them engage in activities they love, and having the opportunity to guide and nurture them is nothing short of enchanting. I adore it. I cherish being a mother, particularly a mother to girls.
By 2021, when Leah made their relationship Instagram official with Jaylan Mobley, he had already won over not only Leah but also her children in the Army.
The couple announced their engagement in August 2022, but broke up that October.
A year after the incident, the ‘Teen Mom’ celebrity admitted to TopMob News that she needed the breakup. She revealed that through her past separation, she gained much knowledge and felt that a new chapter in her life was about to unfold as she moved forward with optimism.
Back in 2010, at the tender age of seventeen, I found myself embarking on a journey of parenthood with my high school sweetheart, Jo Rivera. Our eldest son, Isaac, was the fruit of our labor and love, making his grand entrance into the world that year.
Despite parting ways a year later, they have now established a harmonious co-parenting setup. Remarkably, Kailyn has teamed up with Jo’s wife Vee Torres on her canceled podcast, “Baby Mamas No Drama”. In a heartfelt post after attending their 2018 wedding, Kailyn expressed, “We’ve traveled quite a distance since we were 18. I couldn’t wish for a better stepmother for Isaac.
In November 2013, Kailyn’s second child, Lincoln, became part of the team. This happened approximately a year after she married his father, Javi Marroquin, who was then a prominent figure on Teen Mom 2.
Since parting ways in late 2016, Javi and his fiancée Lauren Comeau, who share a son named Eli, revealed in December 2023 that they were expecting another child, this time a baby girl.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share my thoughts about Kailyn, Chris Lopez, Lux, and Creed. Despite their rollercoaster relationship, the magical moments were when they welcomed Lux and Creed into the world during their on-and-off romance. However, the story took a turn as they decided to end things permanently.
2020 saw her disclose to TopMob News that there is currently no communication between us. However, I am optimistic that things will improve over time, but I don’t have any grand plans. I don’t wish to express anything negative. All I can say is that I hope for the best for our children, regardless of how things unfold in the future.
As a devoted follower, I can honestly say that, with Elijah Scott by my side, I’ve found the solid base I’ve been searching for. Unlike my past relationships and the other father figures in my children’s lives, Elijah stands out. To People magazine, he shared that Elijah is not just a hardworking man who lays concrete, but also a dedicated family man. He has deep roots with his own family and ours, making him an exceptional partner for me. I feel that our partnership is a perfect fit.
A strong enough one that she finally said yes to one of his many proposals, in fact.
In an interview with TopMob News in September 2024, Kailyn clarified about her neighbor-turned-spouse. She explained that he had proposed multiple times, and she never explicitly said “no.” Instead, she responded, “Yes, but not just yet.
And while she conceded that the construction worker had significantly influenced her views on marriage, Kailyn didn’t immediately plan on dashing off to purchase a wedding gown. Instead, she humorously added, “Whether or not we get married soon depends entirely on the day you ask me.
Despite experiencing a rollercoaster of highs and lows since the birth of their child Kloie in 2017, Indiana residents Jade Cline and Sean Austin hinted to followers in January 2022 that better days were ahead for them.
She shared with TopMob News that significant events occurred in our lives, along with substantial advancements in Sean’s life and his future. I am incredibly proud of him and where we currently stand. Eight months after this conversation, the couple announced their engagement, tying the knot in October 2023.
2024, Jade shared with TopMob News that her relationship isn’t flawless all the time. However, she emphasized that their love for one another is strong enough to navigate through the challenges they face together.
2021 saw the secret wedding of residents from California, Ashley Jones and Bar Smith, who had become parents to their daughter Holly four years prior.
But after calling off their romance several times, Ashley officially filed for divorce in 2024.
A while after “16 and Pregnant” star Briana DeJesus and Devoin Austin II became parents to Nova in 2011, they considered reigniting their relationship.
Currently, Briana shared with TopMob News in 2024, “These days, what I’m seeking is a genuine adult male, not the young men I’ve become accustomed to dating in the past.
Following her appearance on the solitary season of Teen Mom 3, Briana became a cast member in the eighth season of Teen Mom 2. In July 2017, she welcomed her second daughter, Stella, with her former partner Luis Miguel.
Ever since then, Luis’ participation has been rather inconsistent, at most. Briana clarified this to Dr. Drew during a December 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2. She stated, “I believe he desires a family with me,” she said, “but since I’m not providing that for him, he seems to want nothing to do with me entirely.
