Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans Asks for Prayers After Being Hospitalized

Jenelle Evans is hoping for support.

Previously involved with “Teen Mom,” who has recently found herself amidst family turmoil following her son Jace, aged 16 (with ex Andrew Lewis), moving away, shared updates about being admitted to the hospital due to an unspecified ailment.

Visited the Emergency Room tonight and will be staying overnight at the hospital,” Jenelle posted on her Instagram Stories on August 28, along with an image of a hospital bed. “I’m feeling really unwell.

On the following slide, a selfie was shared by a 33-year-old, featuring her wearing an oxygen mask, as she explained that she underwent four rounds of breathing treatments.

“Have to get them all night,” Jenelle continued. “I just need prayers, thanks.”

Even amidst her health struggles, the reality TV personality still managed to bring some humor into the situation. She posted a picture of her hospital meal consisting of chicken, green beans, rice, and a fruit cup, captioned with “Yummm lmao.”

Despite dealing with health issues, she shared a funny moment by posting about her hospital meal and adding “lmao” to it.

Jenelle didn’t mention whether any of her kids were present during her hospital visit. Besides Jace, she has two other children: Kaiser, who is 11 years old and is from her relationship with Nathan Griffith, and Ensley, an 8-year-old daughter she shares with David Eason.

Lately, Jace’s relationship with her has been frequently on her mind, particularly since news broke out that he had shifted to live with family members in North Carolina shortly after asserting that his mother was “unstable” and leaking supposed excerpts from their private conversations.

Jenelle expressed that it was being suggested she would lose child custody, as written in one of her texts, according to posts on Jace’s Instagram Stories. Her response was, ‘I don’t care. You won’t get anything else from me, not even my phone.’

Jenelle clarified her position following the release of the screenshots, stating that she establishes “guidelines and limits” for her kids. She claimed that her son Jace has faced legal issues over the past couple of months.

Managing Jace’s diverse health conditions isn’t a walk in the park, but I’ve never wavered in my efforts to ensure he gets the necessary care, affection, and backing,” she shared about her son. “I will always stand by his side, facing whatever hurdles may arise, and I am committed to being the best mother I can be for all three of my children.

The former MTV star showed understanding towards Jace’s decision to relocate, expressing on her Instagram Story on August 27th: “It’s a complete circle moment. I hope he can change and adhere to the rules, but I also have two other children to consider whose welfare is paramount.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that Jenelle has expressed a perspective which resonates deeply with me, particularly in relation to my own journey with my mother, Barbara Evans. For over a decade up until 2023, she played an instrumental role in caring for Jace, and in some ways, her involvement seems to reflect a parallel with our respective relationships.

Jenelle mentioned that his upbringing, primarily by my mother, was the reason for his behavior. He needed to unlearn being overly reactive in situations and learn patience and listening skills. He also had to work on not swearing frequently, a habit he picked up from his upbringing and is still striving to improve. He aimed to break the cycle of certain family behaviors, but it seems like the pattern may be repeating itself.
