Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans Reveals Mommy Makeover Before-and-After Pics

Jenelle Evans is feeling herself.

The former Teen Mom star recently shared her impressive body transformation, explaining she had a mommy makeover to achieve a more toned physique.

As someone who’s been through three pregnancies and really prioritizes fitness and healthy eating, I’ve learned that sometimes our bodies need a little extra support postpartum. I’ve personally dealt with diastasis recti – that ‘mom pouch’ many of us get after having kids – and I want to be real: no amount of working out can completely fix it. It’s about accepting that and finding solutions that work with your body, not against it.

The 33-year-old chose to have a mommy makeover, working with Dr. Rachel Mason in Las Vegas to replace her breast implants, get a tummy tuck, and remove extra skin.

Jenelle shared that she’s been self-conscious about her body since her teenage years. She explained that making this recent change was about reclaiming her sense of self and not having to justify it to others. While still recovering, she’s already feeling more confident, joyful, and optimistic about the future.

The reality star, who shares 16-year-old Jace with Andrew Lewis, 11-year-old Kaiser with Nathan Griffith, and 8-year-old Ensley with ex-husband David Eason, recently shared her thoughts on turning 34. She wrote that she’s genuinely proud to be entering a new year feeling confident and comfortable with who she is.

Jenelle felt it was the perfect time to focus on herself, sharing that she was finished having children and eager to pursue personal goals.

She chose Dr. Mason because she was impressed with the natural-looking results Dr. Mason had achieved for other patients, and friends she trusted recommended her. Like many mothers, she struggled with diastasis recti – a separation of the abdominal muscles after pregnancy – which she found incredibly frustrating. Despite her best efforts with diet and exercise, she couldn’t correct the issue.

Jenelle felt it was important to talk openly about her surgery, hoping to reassure other women that seeking help isn’t a sign of failure, and that solutions are available.

And according to Dr. Mason, patients like Jenelle are the ones she sees at her practice every day.

According to the founder of La Femme Plastic Surgery, this mother is already very dedicated to her health. Surgery simply helped address changes that often remain after pregnancy, despite diet and exercise. Combining surgery with a healthy lifestyle leads to amazing results, boosting confidence and well-being.
