BBC Radio 4’s popular drama, The Archers, has announced the actors and dates for a special live tour celebrating its 75th anniversary.
The Archers: Live at 75, a show taking the popular radio drama’s characters out of the studio and onto stages around the UK, is scheduled to run from June to November 2026.

The cast will perform in two groups. Timothy Bentinck, Charlotte Martin, Ben Norris, and Annabelle Dowler will be in the first group, while Charles Collingwood, Ryan Kelly, Susie Riddell, and Sunny Ormonde will be in the second.

First broadcast in 1951, The Archers is the world’s longest-running daily radio drama. Created by Godfry Baseley, the show is set in the fictional village of Ambridge and follows the Archer family as they run their farm. Over the years, it has reflected many important changes in British society and culture.
As a huge fan of The Archers, I just wanted to let everyone know you can catch it on BBC Radio 4 and the BBC Sounds app. And great news – they’re doing a live tour now, and tickets are available, so you can see it in person!
