Rebel Wolves has been hinting at news about their open-world action RPG, The Blood of Dawnwalker, since January. Now, they’ve announced a “Road to Launch” event on April 28th at 8 AM Pacific Time. The 45-minute event will finally reveal when the game will be released.
That’s just a taste of what’s included! The presentation also showcases the game’s new open-world features – including a flying enemy – along with details from the developers about the story and how it’s told. There’s a story trailer, the game’s system requirements, and a lot more. It’s a comprehensive reveal and should give you the best look at the game yet.
Currently in development for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC, The Blood of Dawnwalker is scheduled to release this year. The game’s CEO and creative lead, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, recently confirmed he’s completed a full playthrough on PS5 and the game is now undergoing certification. He also stated that the game doesn’t use any content created by generative AI, though the development team has a process for identifying and preventing potential issues that could stop players from completing quests.
