A new trailer for The Boys Season 5 has been released.
The fifth season of The Boys will conclude the hit Prime Video series, known for its action and often graphic violence. Created by Eric Kripke and adapted from the comic book by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, the show features Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell, and Antony Starr as Homelander, among others.

What happens in The Boys Season 5 trailer?
The trailer for The Boys Season 5 hints at an explosive finale, with Homelander poised to unleash chaos on a global scale if he isn’t stopped.
The story centers on Homelander, whose unpredictable and self-centered desires control everything. Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie are held captive in a so-called “Freedom Camp,” while Annie tries to fight back against the powerful Supes. Kimiko’s whereabouts are unknown. However, when Butcher returns with a virus capable of eliminating all Supes, he unleashes a series of events that will drastically alter the world and the lives of everyone in it. Get ready for the season’s biggest moments!
The show features a talented cast including Erin Moriarty as Starlight, Jessie T. Usher as A-Train, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Chace Crawford as The Deep, Tomer Capone as Frenchie, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko, Nathan Mitchell as Black Noir, Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett, Cameron Crovetti as Ryan Butcher, Susan Heyward as Sister Sage, and Jenson Ackles as Soldier Boy, alongside Urban, Quaid, and Starr. Many other actors also contribute to the ensemble.
Okay, so I’m really excited – the first two episodes of The Boys Season 5 are hitting Prime Video on April 8, 2026! And it’s not a full drop, thankfully. They’re sticking with the weekly release schedule, which I love, and the season will wrap up with the finale on May 20th. It feels like a long wait, but knowing I’ll get new episodes each week makes it a bit easier!
