Marcus Theatres had previously announced it for pre-order at $44.99 and confirmed it as authentic merchandise, explaining its appearance at other theater chains such as Regal. However, this new popcorn bucket showcases a life-sized figurine of the doll. What is release date and price of the Annabelle popcorn bucket at Cinemark?
On Friday, August 22, the anticipated launch date for Cinemark’s Annabelle popcorn bucket tied to The Conjuring: The Last Rites is set, with an estimated price falling between $40 and $50.
The tall plastic bucket showcases Annabelle, dressed in a white gown with a rose-embellished red sash, sporting two long, light brown braids accessorized with red bows. Notably, the popcorn is stored at the back of her dress, creating an inconvenience when trying to retrieve kernels; however, it effectively preserves the front portion of the bucket for display purposes.
On August 18, Cinemark announced via Instagram that the release date for their “The Conjuring: Last Rites Annabelle” themed popcorn bucket is set for August 22. While it’s not clear if the container will be shippable starting on that day, it should at least be available for pre-order by then.
The theater chain hasn’t disclosed the price of the character-themed popcorn container, but based on comparable Cinemark popcorn buckets, those with character busts usually cost around $40 or more. However, there might be a slight reduction in price, since the special IT: Pennywise Popcorn Bucket retails for $37.95 and the Child’s Play: Chucky Popcorn Bucket is priced at $32.95.
