Following the successful reception of “Survival” in Tom Clancy’s The Division, it was only a matter of time before Massive Entertainment decided to reintroduce it in The Division 2. During their Gamescom panel, they officially announced “Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Survivors”, which promises an enhanced version of the survival extraction experience. Although more information has yet to be released, you can take a look at some new concept art below for a sneak peek.
Under the guidance of creative director Magnus Jansén, who was involved with the initial game, the project known as Survivors is now being shaped in its initial phases. Julian Gerighty, the executive producer, emphasized that it’s just as much your creation as it is ours, and we aim for openness during its development process.

The key point is if the characters known as the Hunters, who debuted in the novel “Survival“, will play a more significant part. We’ll find out soon, so keep an eye on the developments.
You can play ‘The Division 2’ on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms. The new season, titled ‘Season 3: Mutiny’, is scheduled for release later in the year; however, the specific date has not been announced by Massive Entertainment yet.
