As announced by Xbox, the game “Gears of War: Reloaded” will be playable right from launch on Xbox Game Pass for both Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Cloud versions when it launches on August 26th, prior to the ROG Xbox Ally release. Positioned as a tribute to the series, this new game is essentially an updated version of the first “Gears of War”, featuring advanced upgrades, optimization, and enhanced visuals.

As a fellow gaming enthusiast, no matter which version you pick, we’re all good to play together due to the magic of cross-play and cross-progression! We can team up in a shared campaign mode that supports both split-screen shenanigans at home and online adventures with friends.
