Trailers have been released for several upcoming Sydney Sweeney movies, and the newest one is for “The Housemaid,” which is based on the popular novel by Freida McFadden.
This movie draws you into a dark and deceptive world where appearances can be incredibly misleading. Millie takes a job working as a live-in maid for the rich and seemingly perfect Winchesters, hoping to leave her past behind. But the job quickly turns dangerous, becoming a thrilling game of secrets, lies, and control. The Winchesters hide shocking truths behind closed doors, keeping you on the edge of your seat until the very last moment.
Paul Feig, the director known for films like *A Simple Favour* and *Bridesmaids*, skillfully directs this movie, continuing his track record of well-made comedies and dramas starring women.
The movie is scheduled to hit theaters across the UK and Ireland on December 26, 2025. It features Brandon Sklenar, Michele Morrone, and Elizabeth Perkins in the cast.
