The campaign is set to kick off in January 2026 and continue throughout the entire year. Multiple dates and announcements related to the franchise are expected, but it remains unclear how many of these announcements will be for new games. The report does not provide any further details beyond this revelation.
Potential Announcements
Anticipating Nintendo’s forthcoming 40th anniversary celebrations for The Legend of Zelda, it’s likely that these events will be filled with a rich sense of nostalgia. This could potentially mean the release of much-speculated remasters, such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and The Wind Waker.
