I’m so excited to see Samantha Bond, Jo Martin, and Cara Horgan returning as the Marlow Murder Club! They’re back together to solve a whole new set of intriguing cases, and I can’t wait to watch them!
Actress Bond, who portrays Judith Potts, recently gave TopMob an exclusive preview of the upcoming third season of the show, revealing some hints about what fans can look forward to when it premieres on U&Drama.
When asked about the latest season, Bond explained that the show continues to be exciting because of its unpredictable plot twists each episode. He also praised the consistently high quality of the writing, stating that after three seasons, that’s really all you can hope for.
When asked about the mysteries in the upcoming six episodes, author Robert Bryndza explained that a key element of ‘The Marlow Murder Club’ is that each story begins with the discovery of a murder.
The first plotline revolves around the murder of the mayor, and any of the council members could be the culprit. The story is full of unexpected twists and turns that keep you guessing.

Next, the story focuses on the murder of a famous chef. The plot explores who might have committed the crime, their motives, and whether anyone else was involved.
I’m really excited about the final story arc! It centers around Becks and her college friends getting back together for a reunion. But, naturally, things take a dark turn when someone ends up dead. The mystery is, who did it? Was it a fight between friends that went too far, or is there a hidden danger lurking among them?
Joining the cast of The Marlow Murder Club are Natalie Dew, Phill Langhorne, Holli Dempsey, and Tijan Sarr. Huw Quarshie, who previously appeared as a guest star in season two, will also be back for season three.

Let me tell you, this season’s mysteries are getting a serious boost from some fantastic new faces! We’re talking Nigel Harman, who you might recognize from EastEnders, Peter Davison, a classic Doctor Who, Jacqueline Boatswain from After the Flood, Sarah Alexander, known for Art Detectives, and the always-reliable Tony Gardner of Last Tango in Halifax. These aren’t just cameos, folks – these actors are really going to be central to the stories we’ll be unraveling. I’m already excited to see what they bring to the table!
Joining the cast are well-known actors Harry Enfield, famous from “Here We Go”; Jason Merrells, known for “Happy Valley”; Cherie Lunghi, who starred in “Strike”; Adrian Lukis from “SAS Rogue Heroes”; and Alastair Mackenzie, who appeared in “The Crown”.
The Marlow Murder Club is coming to U&Drama on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
