On March 10th, Genius Sonority will launch a version of their free-to-play RPG, The New Denpa Men, for the Nintendo Switch 2, according to the developer.
The New Denpa Men was initially released on Nintendo Switch on July 22, 2024, and then came to iOS and Android devices on March 10, 2025. When the Switch 2 version launches, players will be able to play with people on all other versions of the game.
Some specifications will differ between the Switch version. They are as follows:
Differences from the Switch version
- Smoother visuals thanks to a higher refresh rate.
- Enhanced visual quality due to a higher resolution.
Please Note
- Game Content: The gameplay experience is identical to the Switch version.
- Device Usage: You can use the same save data across multiple devices linked to your Nintendo Account. However, please note that simultaneous play on more than one device is not supported.
- Paid Items: In-game purchases are shared between the Switch and Switch 2 when using the same Nintendo Account.

The New Denpa Men is an RPG in which you make them your companions and go on an adventure.

Add the Denpa Men you want to go on an adventure with to your party.
Every Denpa Man is unique, and each area you explore presents different challenges. We suggest building a team that’s well-suited for the specific stage you’re tackling.
Besides the main area which is always available, we also have event stages that are only open for a short period, and special stages that unlock as you progress.
You may find treasure chests and secret passages during your adventure.
Monsters await you inside the stages.
Battles are quick and easy with simple controls (you can also give individual instructions).
There Are Many Other Elements Besides Adventure
Beyond the core RPG features like exploring and leveling up your character, the game offers lots of extra things to do. You can customize your own island, go fishing, battle other players’ teams, team up with up to three friends for cooperative fishing, and earn rewards called ‘Vouchers’ by defeating monsters.
