As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that despite slashing the price of The Outer Worlds 2 from $80 to $70, Obsidian Entertainment remains steadfast in their commitment to making this sequel even more immersive and rich than its predecessor. Rest assured, you’ll encounter a host of fascinating companions along your journey. Dive into their unique personalities in the latest trailer from Opening Night Live!
In all, there are six diverse characters you’ll encounter: Niles, an Earth Directorate recruit; Aza, a follower of Rift; Marisol, an assassin from the Order of the Ascendant; and Tristen, a judge of the Protectorate. Not every character will necessarily like you, and depending on your choices, some may choose not to accompany you. Additionally, the paths of certain characters can only be uncovered by specific actions you take.
On October 29th, The Outer Worlds 2 makes its debut on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. For Game Pass subscribers, you’ll be able to play it on the first day as well.
