In the semi-open world of ExeKiller, you’ll find a range of high-tech gadgets, weapons, and cybernetic enhancements. Missions aren’t straightforward – you’re free to complete them using stealth, fighting, or even just convincing people.

ExeKiller offers a lot of freedom in how you approach missions and explore the game world, but staying alive is a challenge. You’ll constantly need to manage your limited inventory and gather vital supplies in a harsh, futuristic wasteland. I’ve mentioned before how impressive the initial trailer for ExeKiller was, and it’s exciting to see the progress the game has made on PC. There’s still no confirmed release date, but the latest gameplay trailer showcases some really interesting investigation mechanics – even if they aren’t the most visually spectacular part of the game.

Instead of following a set path with limited choices, you’ll use your character’s cybernetic abilities to investigate surroundings for hints and different ways forward. You’ll gradually uncover the story and find alternative paths into enemy locations, giving you control over how you explore and how quests end.
