
Perp Games and Project Cloud Games have announced that The Relic: First Guardian, a dark fantasy action RPG inspired by the Soulslike genre, will be released on May 26, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam.

Bosses are Brutals
The game features 70 challenging bosses, known as “Brutals,” each with a sad backstory. To defeat them, you’ll need to become skilled in the game’s varied combat system, using different weapons, magic, and abilities to suit how you like to play. Careful stamina management is key, as blocking and dodging are crucial. When you defeat a Brutal, The Last Guardian learns their story and gains powerful items and upgrades to help you continue your journey.
Progression is Environmental
As you explore the expansive world, you’ll discover pieces that grant you new abilities, stronger armor, and better weapons. Be thorough – search every area and finish every dungeon to find everything available.
