Netflix has several exciting shows planned for 2026. With the recent successful premiere of One Piece season 2, another popular show is gearing up for a new season. Fans have been eagerly awaiting news about its return, and now we have an update: it’s coming soon, and we’re excited to see what’s in store!
I’m so excited! Netflix just announced that BEEF is coming back for a second season on April 16th! And get this – they’re releasing the trailer tomorrow, April 2nd, so we’ll finally get a sneak peek at what’s coming. This season will have a whole new cast – seriously, some amazing actors are joining – but thankfully, Lee Sung Jin is still running the show. I can’t wait to see where this season takes the story – I have a feeling it’s going to be incredible!

Netflix Spins A Brand New Story With An All-New Cast In BEEF Season 2

This is the second installment in the BEEF series, but it’s structured as an anthology, meaning it has a brand new story and characters. However, like the first season, a central conflict – a ‘beef’ – drives the show’s strange and unpredictable events, and the new cast is full of talented actors.
Season 2 of BEEF will star Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny. The new season follows a young couple (Melton and Spaeny) after they see a disturbing argument between their boss (Isaac) and his wife (Mulligan). This leads to a complicated series of power plays and manipulation within the exclusive environment of a billionaire’s country club, owned by Youn Yuh-jung.
The first season of BEEF starred Steven Yeun as Danny Cho and Ali Wong as Amy Lau. It began with a simple road rage incident that quickly escalated into a full-blown and surprisingly unpredictable feud. The show was a huge success, winning eight Emmy Awards, including acting wins for Yeun and Wong. Because of this, Netflix is optimistic that the second season will be just as popular.
BEEF season 2 will begin streaming on Netflix on April 16, 2026.
