I’m really hooked on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and season three is delivering all the drama! When the show first came out in 2024, it was totally groundbreaking – a real peek behind the curtain at the lives of these women in the Utah #MomTok world. It really changed what I expected from reality TV.
Like many reality shows, this one features plenty of drama, conflict, and over-the-top lifestyles. However, what sets these women apart is their faith – they are all members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (often called Mormons), and practice it in different ways. While their faith is part of the show’s appeal, it’s really their personalities and the relationships between them that make it entertaining – and sometimes a little awkward.

Viewers have really gotten to know the cast over the past two seasons, including Taylor Frankie Paul and Whitney Leavitt, who was the main source of drama in the first season. Since then, other cast members have become more prominent, and a new troublemaker has emerged.
The second season of TSLoMW ended with the group falling apart. Season 3 starts much more calmly, but that peace doesn’t last. Soon, the girls face their most intense conflicts yet, largely because they’re forced to interact with Demi and Whitney again, thanks to the continued attention from their first season’s success.
It’s remarkable how much Taylor has matured since the show began – she now seems like one of the most grounded and confident moms on MomTok. Meanwhile, some families that once seemed perfect are now facing challenges. We see this with Jessi, whose strong friendship with Demi is causing tension, and with Mikayla, whose difficult past is negatively affecting her marriage.
The Mormon Wives Are Blowing Up, In Every Sense Of The Word
Throughout the third season, these women have achieved incredible growth and success, expanding beyond their initial appearances with events in New York and Los Angeles, guest appearances on shows like Dancing With The Stars and Jimmy Kimmel, and numerous other opportunities. However, despite this success, a significant conflict has emerged within the group.
This season tackles heavier topics, including past abuse revealed by some of the moms from “MomTok.” New and serious accusations also come to light. While the full story is known only to those directly involved, these issues become a major focus of season three and should be treated with sensitivity.
It’s great to see the women on the show doing well, but frustrating when they revert to old patterns. Hopefully, they can maintain their progress long enough to secure another season and sponsorship deal, and then bring back the drama that makes The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives so engaging.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 3 will be available to stream on Hulu from November 13.
