As Halloween nears, Disney+ is making it simple for fans to watch all 35 previous The Simpsons “Treehouse of Horror” specials in order. With Season 37 of the show premiering this weekend, and another spooky “Treehouse of Horror” episode planned for October, now’s the perfect time to revisit all the classic Halloween episodes!
Disney+ is launching a 24/7 streaming channel dedicated to *The Simpsons’* “Treehouse of Horror” episodes, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The channel will play all 35 “Treehouse of Horror” specials in order, continuously. Disney+ also promises some extra surprises for viewers. This marks the first time all of these spooky Simpsons specials will be shown in sequential order.
The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Takes Over Disney+
Starting September 29th, Disney+ will have all 36 of *The Simpsons’* “Treehouse of Horror” specials. They’re also including the special Season 36 anthology, “Treehouse of Horror Presents: Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes,” which was inspired by the novels of Ray Bradbury. The most recent special, “Treehouse of Horror XXXV,” and the Bradbury-inspired anthology will both be available to stream on Disney+ starting September 28th, after previously being exclusive to Hulu.
Season 37 of *The Simpsons* is set to premiere on Fox in Fall 2025 as part of the Animation Domination lineup. The new season will kick off on Sunday, September 28th at 8 PM Eastern Time and will be a special one – it marks the show’s 800th episode! Several well-known actors will make guest appearances, including Kieran Culkin, Glenn Howerton, Albert Brooks, Cole Escola, Danny Pudi, Adam Pally, and Brendan and Domhnall Gleeson.
What to Know for Treehouse of Horror XXXVI
Season 27 of *The Simpsons* is giving fans a sneak peek at the upcoming *Treehouse of Horror XXXVI*. The special, which premieres on Fox on Sunday, October 19th, will feature three stories: a monster emerging from the sewers, a spooky guest on Krusty the Clown’s Halloween show, and a look at a futuristic, post-apocalyptic Springfield set a thousand years in the future.
This year’s Halloween special is shaping up to be fantastic, with guest appearances by Idris Elba, Ike Barinholtz, Viola Davis, and Michael Keaton. It’s a great addition to the show’s long-running tradition of spooky Halloween episodes, and a perfect way to get excited for the holiday – especially with so many classic ‘Treehouse of Horror’ episodes to rewatch!
