This cinematic universe kicked off in 2014 with Godzilla, reintroducing audiences to its titular character through a fresh Hollywood origin story. The subsequent Monsterverse films have introduced additional colossal creatures, collectively known as “Titans,” who have lived on Earth for thousands of years and only recently emerged to confront modern humanity.
