**Warning: Contains spoilers for The Traitors season 4**
The Traitors is proving to be a huge success, with the latest episodes on BBC One attracting a large audience.
In last night’s episode (January 14th), Harriet made a risky move. Believing Rachel was a Traitor – which the viewers already knew was correct – Harriet asked the other players to prove she was lying, ultimately sacrificing her own position in the game.
During a surprising moment in the confession room, Harriet shared what she does for a living and then firmly accused Rachel of being a Traitor, stating she wouldn’t hesitate to confront her about it.
The following morning, Harriet didn’t hold back at breakfast or the roundtable.
The episode clearly captivated audiences, reaching a high of 8.1 million viewers on BBC One, according to initial overnight ratings.

This number is greater than the 6.4 million average viewers who tuned in for the fourth season’s premiere.
During the discussion, Harriet presented her arguments against Rachel and then boldly challenged the group to prove her wrong. This risky move ultimately led to her being exiled from the castle.
Honestly, I was so disappointed for Harriet when she left the game. Of course, she’s a competitor and wanted to go further, and it’s tough when you don’t win. But what I really admired was her attitude – she said she couldn’t have asked for a more exciting experience, and that really shone through. It was bittersweet, but she clearly made the most of it.
I had some good chances while I was there, and I also made things happen for myself. Even though it’s hard to control what happens in that situation, I was able to stay true to myself and leave when I wanted to – something not many people can say. I’d much rather have my brief experience, than reach the final and be betrayed.
You can continue watching season 4 of The Traitors on Thursday, January 15th at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. If you’ve missed any previous seasons, seasons 1 through 3 are currently available on iPlayer.
