Okay, folks, get ready! I just saw the promo, and I’m telling you, The Traitors is coming back in 2026 – and honestly, it feels like it’s arriving way faster than I anticipated. I’m already counting down the days until Season 4 hits Peacock, and the sneak peek has me seriously excited. This is one reality show you absolutely won’t want to miss!
I was thrilled to hear that Season 4 of The Traitors finally has a release date, and that excitement increased when I saw who was cast. Alan Cumming, the show’s wonderful host, is always a highlight, but I’m especially eager to talk about a familiar face from Big Brother and how quickly we’ll get the new episodes.
The Traitors Season 4 Will Premiere On January 8th
I’ve gotten used to shows announcing a return with a vague “early 2026” date, which usually means it won’t actually arrive until much later in the year. But thankfully, the latest Instagram post from The Traitors surprised me by confirming the new season will premiere on January 8th! Here’s the announcement:
I really enjoyed how concise and impactful the video was. The hooded figures labeled as ‘Traitors’ were a cool visual. I’m curious if those are actual cast members from Season 4, or just extras filming a scene, but it doesn’t really matter. What I’m most excited about is seeing Tiffany Mitchell – she was the cast member featured in the video, and I’ve been looking forward to her appearance!
I Hope The Reason Big Brother’s Tiffany Mitchell Is Featured Is Because She Plays A Big Part In The Season
Tiffany Mitchell is widely considered a brilliant strategist in the world of Big Brother. She’s best known for successfully uniting and leading The Cookout alliance, which ultimately led to the first Black winner in the U.S. version of the show. Her efforts also earned her the title of America’s Favorite Player.

Fans of ‘The Traitors’ seem happy about NBC’s new, more mainstream version of the show, but I’m worried it could unintentionally diminish the impact of the original celebrity edition.
I’ve been hoping Tiffany would come back for another season of Big Brother, but I’d be happy to see her on The Traitors instead. I’m wondering if her appearance in the promotional video means she’ll be a major player this season, or if she’s just good at looking shocked!
I think Tiffany might become a Traitor if she isn’t one already. She’s so clever and good at the game that the other Traitors would probably want her on their team. However, she could also be too obvious with her strategies and get eliminated quickly. I’m hoping she lasts a while, but if I were a Traitor, she’d be the first person I’d target if she were one of the Faithful.

With Peacock TV, you can access shows from NBC and Bravo, including the popular series The Traitors. Subscriptions start at just $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Fans can find out what’s in store when The Traitors comes back to Peacock on January 8th. With the premiere just weeks away, everyone hopes the new season lives up to the excitement of past seasons.
