Not much news has surfaced about Naughty Dog’s Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet since it was revealed in 2024, but actor Tony Dalton seems to be enjoying his work on the game.
In a recent interview with Culture Wave Media on YouTube, the actor shared his thoughts on the project, which marks his first time working on a video game.
Following his work on the TV adaptation of The Last of Us with Neil Druckmann, Dalton has joined the cast of Intergalactic, though his role is currently undisclosed.
He described filming his parts for the game as a completely new and unique experience, unlike anything he’d ever done before.
This team is truly exceptional. They use full-body suits covered in tracking dots – even on the face – and have a massive, impressive setup. It’s really something to see.
Dalton speaks highly of Druckmann, describing him as a very kind and genuinely nice person.
Besides starring in The Last of Us, the actor is also recognized for his work on shows like Better Call Saul, Hawkeye, and Daredevil: Born Again.
Okay, so we still don’t know exactly who Dalton will be playing in Intergalactic, but he says it’s a pretty important role – one of the main characters! It’s awesome that he’s joining Troy Baker, Kumail Nanjiani, and Tati Gabrielle – she’s playing Jordan A. Mun, who I guess is the character we get to play.
We’re really excited and hope to find out more about this sci-fi action adventure soon, as we’re eager to see its progress.
