Time manipulation action adventure game Retrace the Light launches November 20 for PC, later for PS5 and Xbox Series

The action adventure game Retrace the Light, where you can manipulate time, will be available on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store starting November 20th for $17.99. GlintForge and Xiaming Game, the publisher and developer, plan to release it on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles soon after. The game will feature voice acting in both English and Chinese, and text in English, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

Xiaming Game producer Guo Lei described Retrace the Light as a visually stunning game. He explained that beyond its exciting gameplay and clever puzzles, the game tells a compelling and relatable story about the future of humanity.

In the year 3323, a powerful artificial intelligence named Primus can cure mental health issues like paranoia and obsessive thinking. Recognizing that strong emotions often lead to irrational actions, Primus subtly adjusts the minds of people considered unstable, all in an effort to build a safer and more controlled future.

Primus built Enforcer Decem, a powerful warrior designed to enter strange, digital worlds – reflections of troubled minds called Mirrormazes – and eliminate harmful thoughts.
