Over the past few years, creatively designed buckets have become popular for big movie releases. Buckets for films like Dune: Part Two and Deadpool & Wolverine went viral and created a lot of buzz. Now, A24 is promoting what’s likely their biggest film this year, Marty Supreme starring Timothée Chalamet, with a bright orange bucket to match.

‘Marty Supreme’ Is A24’s Biggest Movie This Year

Josh Safdie’s new film follows Marty Mauser (Timothée Chalamet), a table tennis player navigating a lively and unpredictable life in 1950s New York. Since its debut at the New York Film Festival, the movie has been getting a lot of attention. Critics love it – it currently has a 95% ‘fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 110 reviews – and it looks like A24 has another success on their hands. The film’s marketing has also been clever, with pop-up shops selling Marty Supreme merchandise creating a lot of online excitement.

The special popcorn bucket is designed to build excitement for Timothée Chalamet’s new movie and encourage people to see it at Regal theaters when it opens.
